The inside staff was nice and helpful. Outside....eh. Felt a bit 1950-ish. Golfers were playing down on us. The tee time was 0810, I was told 10 min per hole. By 0905 at hole 6 we were told we had a complaint. I mean 10 minutes × 5 completed holes = 50 min so how were we (the black ppl) holding them (white ppl) up is beyond me. Especially when she insisted I wait to start with a group instead of instructing me where to go and have them catch up to where I was. I'll be back because I love helping others through their biases but won't recommend it.
Great for improving your game
Great place to work on your iron game. Good condition all around and greens were in very good shape.

Fun
Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Course was a little tight, dodged a few balls out there but no biggie. Had a blast, super fun par 3 course to get some iron/short game practice done.

Excellent Par 3 Course
This was my first time playing at Burke Lake and I had a great time. The tee boxes were a bit rough and they were near the end of aerating the greens but over all good. I played from the tips so I did use my driver a few times. Shout out to the starters and the worker in the golf shop; all three were very kind and helpful. I will definitely play there again.
