Fun Course
Fairways were good. Greens were very quick. Tee boxes need lots of work.

Good golf layout
First time playing this golf course.
It is much better than expected.
The pace of play is excellent.
The layout is conventional.
Fairway and green are in good shape.

Needs TLC
The course had high ruff and we kept losing balls in the fairway. The grass was not cut properly and the first hole had so many leaves we both could not find our balls after good blind shots in the fairway. Rather spend my money at Massanutten.

Enjoyable
The Mountain and Peak 9s offered interesting challenges to the golfer. I have a 16 handicap and enjoyed the challenge. My only complaint was the amount of crab grass in the rough. The fairways were fine and so were the greens. Even hitting out of the sand was not an unpleasant task. I would definitely play the course again.

Fabulous views
The course has some amazing views. We played the mountain side and have to say it was spectacular at times. The only problem was we had to wait on every shot from the first to the 18th. We thoroughly enjoyed the course though.

Hidden Gem
We stay at Massenutten same week each year and come mainly to golf. Looking for a different course I found this course on Golf Now and was surprised they have 27 holes. Good value, only thing I recommend is that they clear range balls off hole 1 on peak course, it was very difficult to find ball on first hole as my ball was same color as range balls. Definitely will be back next year.

One hole on lake had chewed up green
Hole 7 on lake course had a chewed up green. Someone cut it way to short it was tough to play. Other than that I have never had any problems with this course it always looks great. First real problem with this course. Will continue to go back though

Good bargain
Paid approx $30 for 18 plus cart. Some bunkers were hard paced. Course has still (same as last year) not updated the gps for the current set up. My garmin was off on 4 holes for the peak 9. We played Peak and Lake.
Blast to the Past
Despite slow pace of the round, experience was not bad. Played Peak/Mountain with Peak as it was back in the late 90’s and not a mix of Peak and Spring. Great views as always on Mountain, but it is a challenge compared to Peak and Lake. Hope to come down again to the Valley to play.

I been playing this course almost 10years ago remember good course layout, condition very nicely but there still same.. l playing two round two day very enjoyable great.
