Somerset Farms Golf Course

Three hours in on the back nine,following real old walking golfer, was taking the fun out of playing. Remember walking, fishing the ball out of the water or looking for it in the woods. Not a good afternoon.

If you haven't played this course; recommend that you do. Moderately challenging. Good layout.

I recently relocated to the area and was really pleased to find this course. The staff was very helpful and the course well maintained. It will be even better when the 19th hole is open for business.

This was my second time playing here. I've only been playing for a few years. Good course cart paths are a little rough and some of the hole are a little short in my opinion. But I will come back and play I had a good time it wasn't to busy when I was there.

Beautiful course. Rangers patrolling pace of play - awesome! Greens were great! Cannot wait to play again.

The course itself was very well designed. However the tee box’s were like concrete. The greens had goose grass throughout as well as pythuim root rot. The was no food at the club house to order everything was pre packaged. The staff was friendly and helpful. The grounds crew left clippings on the fairways. Most course I have been to they mow them and bag which prevents this while this does rob the plant of nutrients. It does provide a clean fairway. I would play again however there is so work to bring it up to a good place to play.

As always the staff were friendly. The greens are coming back there’s still some small patches on a few the fairways are in great condition now for the not so good, bunkers still need a lot of work as well as t-boxes need hammer to get tees in them overall a fun course and definitely will play again

Considering the dry weather, this course is in fabulous condition. Almost zero burnt patches on fairways and greens. Overall, course is in fantastic shape. Only downside would be the golf carts. They work but need serious upgrade.
