Wild Rock Golf Club - Wild Rock Championship Course

Great track...1 of the top 5 courses in Wisconsin! Can't wait to come back & play it again

Really had a great time here. Layout is a bit challenging at points, but not impossible. There are a few holes that are just jaw-dropping (#6 especially). I think it would be a sight to see during the fall color change (even if the weather wasn't so ideal). Guy in the front was a little bit grumpy but the bag attendants and ranger were super nice and helpful. Think I might go back and try the other course next year.

This course is amazing. We played Trappers Turn and University Ridge during the same weekend and Wild Rock was our favorite - by a long shot. The price was a steal. If this course was in Kohler (its that good) they'd be charging $400 to play it. I will definitely be going back.

A really well maintained and beautiful golf course. Many sets of tee's, so great for golfers of all abilities. Great food and a nice bar area and pro shop! Highly recommend!

It is a beautiful course best area I think. Tee time was 240 and about 78° it was perfect day to play I think we went 2hrs without seeing anyone but cart girls they have a nice spot on hole 10 for food n drink if needed. Everyone is always friendly they have a nice driving range and putting green included in fee's so get there early. Will definitely play this once twice a year going forward.

Some long and challenging holes, but beautiful views. Pace was good..didn't catch anyone till the 10th hole. Some fast and tricky greens. Great staff greeting us, cleaning the clubs and even putting the clubs in the car for us. We're paired with 1 guy playing and his son just rode along. He had played the course before so was helpful. Had a wonderful day! Will definately play again. Only complaint was that golfers need to be better at fixing divots on fairways and greens.

Course in great shape, layout is challenging. Mostly good space off the tee though. Nice elevation changes as well.

Played Wild Rock several times on stay and plays, but seems they are cramming more golfers on the course now... in shorter time slots. It is slowing down round times. Just played on a Thursday and it was a 5 1/2 hour round. If they had a marshall to speed things up it would help a lot.

Love the layout of the course. Used to say it was my favorite course in Wisconsin but can no longer say that. The guy that was working by the carts just leaned against his desk and and said go ahead and load up your bags. It had just rained and they didn’t even attempt to wipe the carts off. We had to search for a towel to dry off the carts. Greens are terrible in design and maintenance. Play the course every year and really disappointed this time. Playing again in three weeks, hopefully a better experience.

Wild Rock is one of my favorite courses in WI. When I paid for my foursome w/ preseason passes, the attendant made no mention that there were cart path only restrictions. I’m 63 and heavy w/ a bad hip. I would have considered canceling the tee-time. I estimate that I walked 4-5 miles during the round. The course got probably 2-3” of rain during the week so it’s understandable the carts might be restricted. Frankly, it probably should have been closed given how much water splashed up while walking in the fairways. In the past, I was told the sprinklers were turned on EVERY night regardless of rain activity. It’s a shame if they still practice that maintenance as the course is NEVER firm and fast.
