Best course in area
Fabulous conditions, challenging and fast greens, makes this course stand out against others. Great pro shop and amenities!
December Golf in Cleveland
It you dont mind the weather, course is still in great shape playing as tough as it always has....cant complain about playing golf in Cleveland mid December...42 degrees I'll take it
Wonderful course
The course was in impressive condition especially for this time of the year. Got paired up with two nice people and David Reiter from the clubhouse was extremely friendly and accommodating. Thank you.
Wonderful Course
I played this course about 15 years ago. Remembered that it was a nice course when I played it the first time since a few months ago. My daughter bought me a gift card to it last Christmas and finally got out later in the year. Still beautiful and well kept. Played a few more times since. I just started getting back into golf after a ten year layoff from the game. My game’s not good enough for this course yet but the course is helping me to strike the ball better. Just got done with a round on November 26th in Cleveland, Ohio and the course was in excellent shape.
For this time of year great!
The greens were the best this year in the Cleveland area.
Great Course
Hadn’t played here in 40 years. Remembered it as a nice layout. Wasn’t disappointed. The greens were fast and true. The fairways ran well. The variety of holes was terrific. Well-maintained.and scenic. One of three Paddock layouts in Hinckley. The best of the three.
Great pace of play people on course are always Polite..
Played 18 and 3 hour 30 minutes.... Perfect Greens and fairways love this place
Very Disappointing
I booked a tee time and when I got there with my wife (who likes to drive the cart for me since she can’t play due to neck surgery) and was told they do not allow prospectors. There isn’t anything on there website (that I could find) stating this. The person working the register was arrogant and stated “we haven’t allowed that for years “. I stated that it doesn’t say that anywhere and I had driven an hour to get there just to be told this. I even stated I would pay $10. as a half cart fee and he said “No”. Scratching this unfriendly place off my list.
Best course in the area
The fairways here are better than the greens on other courses. The course is immaculate. Once you play here there is no reason to go anywhere else. Love the 18th hole! Nothing like it.
Excellent course
Best course around Hinckley. The only beef I had was with the slow pace of play. People in front were even fishing balls with a retriever while people were on the tee box waiting for them. A ranger would have been nice to keep things moving. Otherwise quite the gem of a course.
Great course
Excellent course in very good shape. Challenging and fun to play.
Great course but rude staft
This is a great course. I haven't played in almost `10 years but the reputation of the rude staff is still there. Not everyone. The younger staff are fine. The older gentleman in the pro shop is just an as*hat. The lady at the bar snack is not much better. Besides that, this is one of the best courses around.
Great Day of Golf
We played 18 holes of very good golf in about 3 hours and 15 minutes. The weather was spectacular, the course was in great shape and thanks to a GolfNow reward it cost us about $15 each to play a premier course in NE Ohio.
Great layout, tough greens
Played Sunday afternoon. Pace of play was excellent.
Nice layout with left and right doglegs and long par 3s.
Greens were not quite as fast as previous times but still faster than most.
A lot of tough reads for put.
One of my favorite courses.
Always fine at pine hills
I think pine hills remains one of the better courses in the area.
Always scenic, little wet this time but that can be expected. It never gets old
Immaculate
It is the nicest public course around. The Metroparks can keep their golf courses, I’ll play Pine Hills instead. Continuous maintenance and cutting with everybody being very friendly. A good challenge for anybody. The back side makes it feel like your not even in Ohio. Just an immaculate piece of property.
More diversity please
Nice, challenging NE Ohio course. It would be much better with a more diverse and welcoming setting for women and golfers of color. Otherwise, the course is obviously well managed and maintained.
What does this mean? Are women and non-caucasians not allowed to play or did you not feel welcomed? I work at a course and love to see a variety of golfers on the course. It is great for the game!!
