The Legends at Orange Lake Resort

Course was in great condition and the price was fantastic at $35.

Outside staff not very friendly. Course layout is great and somewhat challenging depending on tee selection. I will never understand how a course will allow a group of 5 to go out during the weekend! This group had 8 groups backed up on 2 holes. I think they had a Ranger on the course (that's what it said on his cart), he must have been friends with the group of. The Ranger did not stop one time and tell them to speed up play or let groups play around them. I enjoy playing the game but 5 1/2 hours is just too much when your sitting in a fairway or tee box for 10 minutes or better constantly! I spoke to the staff about the group of 5 on a weekend and they expressed little concern. This was very disappointing because course is great to play. Was extremely disappointed in the staffs lack of action to try and remediate the issue!

Great value for money & an excellent lay out that will test all golfers

The course was in good shape overall. The greens have been repaired and are very slow...wouldn't want to play a money game there for a while.

Ive been playing here for 6 years and unfortunatly its been getting worse every year,in spite of the many workers we encountered,sitting under the trees on their equipment.Crab grass is taking over the greens.But for $15 it was worth it...Please save this course.

Fair value at discounted rates. At full price, there are many other courses in the area that are a better value and experience.

This a nice course , in a housing / hotel development area. Interesting mix of holes, not a lot of similar holes on this course. Course was in good shape, greens rolled true , but slightly slower than most. A good place to play if you get a hot deal.

Being a resort course I expected the amenities to be very nice, to which I was not disappointed. From the first contact at the bag drop area until the very end of the round I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff. I was also very pleasantly surprised with the course itself. It had been several years since I had last played the course and it was still every bit the challenge that I remembered. Overall the conditions were very good and a great value.

We have played Orange Lake Legends on many occasions, it has been one our favourites and has always been in good condition. On this visit the greens

were disgraceful and I have to wonder what has happened. Even on a hot deal this was a waste of money.

The course was in great shape, started did say that they were just recovering from lack of rain this season, except for a couple of spots on on a few greens. The rough is fairly thick so dont expect a lot of distance coming out. Greens were firm and fairly quick. The biggest confusion is that there are twi courses on the property and both names Legends so you could find youself at the wrong course fortunatkey they are relatively close to each other. Gret course for the price look forward to playing again.

I was pleased with the layout of this course. They are having grass issues throughout the entire course. Many types of grass growing in fairways and greens. A good challenge to all levels of players.

The course is in great shape, but the greens are in tough shape. Fairways and tee boxes are perfect. They are working on the greens. You should still play the course! Worth the money for sure.

First time playing this course for some reason? Now that we've found it we'l definitely be back again and would recommend it to others. Arnold Palmer did a great job in overseeing the construction of this course. It is challenging yet forgiving and thus fun to play. A number of the greens were showing long hot summer sun damage and a few fairways had rogue grass / weed infestation. This said all had or were being treated and with the cooler weather on the horizon should disappear? This is definitely NOT a walkers course.

I have been an owner at Oranfge Lake since 1999 and have always enjoyed playing the Legends many time during my week of my time share week. The course has gone down hill the last few years, in need of some major repair.

Played off the black tees and found it a great challenge well placed bunkers fairways that are well presented.Overall the course is situated in pleasant surrounds and lends itself for you to have a pleasant day.
