Golfer Reviews
Ehhhh
Everything wide open and straight, Kinda boring
Also 12 holes in and downpour no rain check / no credit. Nothing
Fun round even after crazy rain yesterday
Lely is always fun except for the pace of play. Waiting at every hole completely messed with my head. Otherwise definitely a fun course with many challenges.
Mustang Course - Lely Golf Resort
The Mustang Course at Lely Golf Resort is an excellent course in pristine condition with a staff that compliments the course well. The greens run true and consistent and there is as much water and sand as you would expect from a Trevino designed course.
Ok
Seemed many parts were over cut , greens could have been better, but nice back ground with the birds etc.

Great track and great practice facility! The greens were top dressed which made them slower than normal. Excellent price for the quality of course, I’ll be back.
Fun and challenging
Great layout. Shot makers course. Greens were fun. Would play it again
Mustang value
The course is in good shape and the layout can be challenging. Water can come in to play if you draw/hook your shots
Good layout, greens still furry and sandy from what I would imagine was recent maintenance. The only complaint I have is that there is NO water on the course- should be emphasized by staff before teeing off on a 90 degree summer day!
Overall good
I have played this course more than a dozen times this summer alone. I can tell you that cart path only on this course is terrible especially when they keep sending singles behind you. There is no starter so people start whenever they want. The course is soggy from the rain but not too bad. No standing water. Greens are ok and could use some TLC. It is annoying to have golfers literally hit into you while there are still others on the green n front of you. Little golf etiquette out there at times. With a few management tweaks this would be an outstanding place.
