About
Wyncote Golf Club in Oxford is one of the most challenging courses in the area. The heathlands layout feels like a links course with wind being an important factor and thick fescue coming into play. The golf course starts with an especially tough front nine but there are more scoring opportunities on the back. Mounded bunkers and moguls define the movement of the fairways and though there aren't many trees, if you don't keep your shots straight you might find yourself out-of-bounds or lost in the high, wiry grass. Sidehill lies await you as well as a few blind shots. Wyncote's greens have little undulation but the lightning fast putting surfaces are a challenge for players of all skill levels. With a few "grip it and rip it" holes mixed in, Wyncote Golf Club is a tough but fair test.

Great course. I work at the Grande Dunes Resort course in Myrtle Beach as a greenskeeper. This course holds its own as far as condition . Great day at a great course
Great links style challenging course
Course is very challenging but rewards you for keeping ball in fairways. Greens in excellent condition. Friendly courteous help in clubhouse
Always in excellent condition
Interesting links style course requires course management. Always in excellent condition. Mysteriously not a bunker rake anywhere so good luck with bunker lies. Practice green extremely fast, course greens medium fast. Well maintained course. Greens fee pushing the limit for southern PA courses.
Very Nice Course
First time playing, drove almost 90 minutes and was well worth it. Links style very open, fairways beautiful and greens very fast. Not a lot of people playing for whatever reason so had no issues with the pace of play. A cool thing that I have never seen before is although no water coolers there are large coolers on a few holes offering bottled water for a $1. Only drawback or comments are no ball cleaners, a few of the tee boxes need some work and a bit pricey. Overall great course and glad I finally made the trip, will play again
Wyncote is an Awesome Golf Experience!
I’ve played Wyncote numerous times over the last two years, and it is an enjoyable experience every time I play. The staff is very friendly, the practice area is well kept and the putting green mimics the on course green speed and slopes. The course is always very well maintained and offers challenging, but fair golf, with a beautiful links style and layout. Keep up the great work!

Peaceful day
Despite being a single behind foursomes, I was never pressed from behind on beautiful day with perfect conditions. Best short game workout, as I was able to hit chips and putts while waiting for tee to clear.
Great course!
Great course all around. Easy to get to but still in the middle of nowhere. Very nice and well kept. Staff was friendly all around. Good pace of play. Expensive, but if you can snag a deal time it's pretty affordable. 10/10 experience and would play again. Best maintained course I've played at in PA.
Pick the appropriate tees
Great course, in very good condition. I was allowed to get out ahead of my teetime and it made for a great experience.
Cold Day
Our Saturday started moderate temperatures and wind but soon migrated into rain wind and slower play with the group two in front of us. At the turn we decided the weather was not with the battle. Course conditions were excellent and the pro shop, without me asking, offered a rain check for my wife and I. We gladly accepted and look forward to returning.
The purest public course in Southeast PA
Purest course I've played in the area. A real links style course with true greens and a natural layout. A great mix of fun yet challenging holes with unique bunkerage and perfect course conditions.10/10 would recommend.
