When I played Friday I left something in the cart that was very valuable to me. As expected it was in the pro shop waiting for me. The staff has alway made the day a great experience. I played a round with one of the starters. We had a great round even though we didn’t play our best.

I will preface this by saying that we had 0 tee times in front of us and 0 behind us for a while. The pace of play was an easy 10/10, given we didn’t feel pressured from a group in front of behind us. A storm rolled through the night before and the greens and course soaked it up very nicely. Bunkers were soaking wet but that’s expected and actually very well maintained otherwise. Greens were a little shaky. About 4 holes had greens with some pretty big obstacles in them (holes, etc.). I’d say course conditions 7/10. Fairways were absolutely pure. Looked and played great. Would definitely recommend this place to someone. 8/10

All fairways had grass, full coverage. Good feel while attempting iron and fairway shots.

Greens also full, lush greens (great green color saying healthy greens). They were rolling well and at a good speed.

This is hands down the worst course i’ve ever played in my life and i’ve played a lot of bad courses. I’ll start with course conditions - absolutely awful. Multiple out of bounds zones on multiple greens. Just big patches on the green that are unplayable. Giant dirt patches all throughout every fairway. The greens themselves are hard as a rock and insanely fast. Pace of play was horrid- they have endless singles going out ahead of each other without pairing them it makes no sense. so it’s insanely slow and there’s always someone hitting up on you. it looks like it hasn’t been tended to in years. This sucked. Don’t waste your money.

This course has a nice layout, by could use a bit of attention. Some areas of most of the greens were not in good shape. The fairways & Tee boxes were ok. I like the course and hope it gets in better condition in the near future.

The round was pleasant. Greens were a bit rough in several spots on each green.

This is one of my regular go-to courses in the New Orleans area. New Orleans only muny, the course sits very near Lake Pontchartrain so the winds can be brutal on occasion. The course was renovated after Hurricane Katrina and reopened for play in late 2011.

This course is not an extremly difficult layout. It is "what you see is what you get" golf. With only a few of forced carries, you can play the ball on the ground for much of this course if you wanted/needed to.

The course gets a lot of play, and pace of play can be an issue here as there are a lot of older golfers here, as well as many relatively new to the game.

Layout is good on the footprint given. Most of the holes are fairly straight, with trees defining the fairways. Flat course without many undulations.

Tee boxes are OK, some could use a little help. Fairways are mostly good. Greens have been less than great this spring, particularly the 3rd and 12th holes where there is little grass on either green. At one time, they had some of the best greens in town, so I hope they come back. Greens have a lean but not many undulations to contend with.

This course is a nice layout and at $38 is a good value for the cost.

IMPORTANT NOTE: BRING CASH! For whatever reason, their credit card machine is broken 95% of the time and there is no ATM on property, so you'll need to pay cash more often than not.

This is one of my favorite New Orleans courses so far! Pretty decent course, easy to find balls in the rough, decent green conditions!

The course is cash only. In 2025 that is extremely inconvenient. The range balls are absolute garbage. The practice green does not allow chipping so you cannot practice chipping at a pin at all. The greens were quite possibly the worst greens Ive ever played on. Don’t waste your time or money playing here.

I made an online booking with this course, and when I get there they tell me it's cash only. They do not have an ATM machine. I had to miss my tee time, and hopefully not charged anymore money on my card. Poor service. Then you can't get back into the Golf Now app to pay the full amount to keep your reservation.
