Tucson Classic
Silverbell continues to shine as a quality muni course in Tucson, AZ. Early March is perfect golf weather in AZ, green grass, dry conditions. Will play again soon.
Nice course, good price
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this course. The fairways are in good shape and the greens putt very true and are quite fast. My only real criticism is that the signage to help you find your way around is not very good on some of the holes.

Fairways and greens were nice. Greens held approach shots.
Love the course good deal and no gauging. Great stag very friendly and professional.
Poor first impressions
First time here and had to ask about everything. Poor signage from street for course, bag drop nonexistent, directions for several holes confusing. Had it not been for the people in front of us it would have been worse.
Bunkers
Some of the bunkers were dirt and small rocks. The course itself was in excellent shape (greens & fairways).
All good except no ranger to make sure very slow groups move along. At least have the pro shop and/or starter remind groups to either keep up or invite faster groups to play through.

A nice way to start the new year. Arrived alone but quickly gathered with other stragglers and had a fun, interesting and enjoyable 18. Staff were all great. Thank you and Happy New Year Silverbell!
24 Golfers club allowed to tee off on ppour tree time while we waited
We were informed by the starter at our tee time that a local club iof 24 golfers in groups of 4 would be teeing off on front of us all on the #1 tee and that there would be at least an hour wait. The starter said he was surprised the golf shop took our money and didn’t explain the situation. Had people with us needing to drive 600 miles after playing would have never agreed to the delay. Ridiculous!!
