Slow day
The course and greens are in decent shape greens still slow. Definitely a lot of people on the course today especially for a Noon tee time but I think other courses have started over seeding.
Torture
Paid $40 got to second hole and they were mowing for over seed. The grass clippings were left on fairway so thick I lost two balls. No warning about conditions.
Had two foursomes in front of us that should have had us play through on hole 3. Waited behind both groups all day at tee box. Drove ahead and it was wide open.
No course management. The city courses in Tucson unplayable. It’s sad.
well maiantained course
This is a well maintained municipal course, very friendly
Great day
Course was in good shape. Greens were slow probably due to the rain storm earlier in the day. Fairways were great. Bunkers need some love full of water and muddy.
Unmolested round of golf for a single.
I scheduled round of golf on a Monday morning as a single, but expected to be paired with another player or two. To my surprise, I was not paired and aside from a threesome in front of me, who allowed me to play through, I played my round in just over 2 1/2 hours.
A very happy golfer!
Goat ranch
Poor to horrible condition. Although inexpensive still poor value. Rather would've paid another $20 - $30 and plaid a course in better condition. Won't go back.
Unplayable
Damage to course from water and equipment making ruts. Greens un-puttable. Fairways had limited to little grass. Sand traps were a mess due to draining issues and lack of attention. If a Class A PGA Pro was running this course, it would immediately be shut down and remediated.. Get it right quickly or lose it for 6 months and waste money. Unbelievable!
Need water stations
Front nine fairways were under construction not a big deal. Greens were really nice considering it’s middle of summer. My only issue was not a single water station out on the course for players. Come on man it’s middle of summer 108 degrees and no water stations that’s brutal had to refill my water on the turn at the water fountain that was hot as hose water!!
Silverbell G.C.
The course was wet and soggy. Greens were a little slower than usual . Overall a great value and fair test of golf. I would recommend this course to anybody.
