Oak Valley Golf Club

After playing front nines(Our tee time was 12:08pm), we were surprised to see people waiting on 10th hall. We passed 10, 11,....Then decided to quit. There was no marshall.....Kids were playing in 6 somes......

If you want play, you better start early morning and finishes around noon. Otherwise, it will be very stressful for the delay....

Good condition. Greens were nice and fast. Real fast. Tough track from blues.

Keeping your mind on golf is near impossible with the overall beauty of this course. The snow capped mountains and lots' of wildlife to keep you thinking why you love golf so much anyway? The fairways are dormant but still are tight and the greens fast and true. Oak Valley is a must play for any avid golfer.

I wish I lived closer I would play here once a week.

Great course, I didn't realize it is layed out so beautifully. Each hole has a flair and challenge like no other course in this region. Luckily I was driving the ball well today, the length of this course is surprisingly long. The white tee felt like blue Tee's at other courses. I rate this course a must play.

Course was in great shape greens were fast pace of play was unbelievably SLOW took 3 hours for the front nine no course marshal people in front of us were giving up and leaving the course we give up after playing number 14, I have never experienced such a slow round in my entire golfing life.

Lets start off by saying that the staff here is friendly! First time coming out here and let me just say that this course is a hidden gem in beaumont. The course has so much character and everything about OV is a blast. Was expecting a mediocre course but everything about OV is awesome! The price is so fair and course conditions are extremely good. Tee boxes are little chewy but other than that this course is wonderful. Will be returning very soon and hopefully will shoot a better score.. course knowledge is key, so dont get disappointed on your first trip out here. #honestandtruthful

The course is in very good shape the greens are very receptive and roll well fairways are good tee boxes are good this course is just in great condition.

the course was in pretty good shape. aAs always this is a difficult course but a lot of fun. the only negative about the Day of Play was the driving range was closed so there was no warm-up available

This is a nice course but no ranger and no drink cart. Rounds tend to be 5 hours plus. only a starter on the tee. no course ranger that I have seen. Super slow pace of play here.

Cooler weather today made for a nice afternoon of golf. The green's have been aerated with the small slash cut, but the green's we're still rolling ok. It's nearing fall and the club seems to be getting ready for overserr/renovation. All in all still a great place to play.

Prep round for gc tour championship, course has been better some dead brown patches some in play, fairways are good on some holes. Greens are great! Tees are horrible. Hope it gets better fast!

Excellent!! The course was in very good condition. Although the greens were a little slow (about a 9), they were beautiful. The best condition that the course has been in since I played it the first time.

I have been playing this course since shortly after it opened. While the greens are still very nice, the rest of the course has slowly deteriorated over the years. The tees are getting uneven, and the sand traps are inconsistent. But the worst part are the fairways. The grass in the fairways is getting thin, with weeds and other types of grass growing in everywhere. There were at least a half dozen times where my ball came to rest in the middle of the fairway, but I had a bad lie. A variety of grasses, weeds, and thin areas create uneven turf conditions - which results in frequent poor lies in the fairways. This is a great layout and could be a 5 star course. And it is still one of the nicest courses in the area. But it needs a cash infusion to bring it back to what it was.

Play this as a qualifier course for the Toshiba Classic. Worst course every played on that was suppose to be used for qualifying; wouldn't even book a regular round here. Although the greens were fairly good, the fairways were trashed and had excavating equipment around the course; very uninspiring and not worth the time. Keep driving down the road to better courses.
