PGA WEST Pete Dye Dunes Course

Such a great course but unfortunately wasn’t able to finish due to darkness n slow play. Definitely will be back n the staff here is awesome.

Worth the value for afternoon booking, staff very friendly and helpful. Course is wide enough that you can recover easily however it is target golf play, which makes it enjoyable for this style of course. Only putting green available, no driving range at this time of year. Water, ice and towels provided with carts.

Nice Dye layout! Great conditions for the time of year. Rick, the starter kept things rolling and pace of play was good even though course was full. Great value for this caliber of course.

Unfortunately it was a windy day when we played. The wind caused issues but overall had a great time.

Played just before the course is closed for over seeding. Conditions were a little splotchy, greens were good.

When I booked online, there was no indication the range, chipping area and putting green were closed, which for me are part of a golf round.

Excellent course. When you stand on the tips at the first hole, you know from the view that this is going to be a great day of golf. Very fun but challenging course design with typical Pete Dye features. I was on vacation and this was the best course I played on my trip - can't wait to replay it. Hopefully driving range will be open when I return.

Played this morning. Course was in great shape. Challenging Pete Dye design, but very playable. Highly recommend!

It’s a typical Pete Dye course where bunkers are strategically placed for frustration if you hit a great drive or a great approach shot.

Greens ran a little fast and of course some holes had water to deal with surrounding the greens which made it also tough when getting out of a bunker.

Overall it’s beautiful and challenging and I would definitely return to play it again and again.

Played at 07:30 was finished at 11:45. Course pace was great. They are getting ready overseed it I believe but it’s in great condition compared to many others in the area. The greens rolled slower than I’m use to for Desert golf but that’s fine with me. Played it for $100 and thought it was great value. Would recommend this course to anyone while the others are being over seeded.

1st ones teeing off, finished in about 3.5hrs. Course was in great shape. Loved the views with the mountains. Every hole had it's own challenges. I am not a very good golfer, but I enjoyed the difficulties and the sense of accomplishment when I hit it well. Will definitely be playing again.
