Arnie's Masterpiece
Played as guests of Jerry Hixson, PGA Pro at Tradition. The course was in ideal shape and we played at end of November when you would expect some problems with grasses.
All 18 holes are unique and have character and distance options are many. We played from Tradition tees which measured 6515.
I think it has become my favorite place. Looking to buy and join.

Beautiful Par 3 Private Course
The course is always in great shape. Some very good holes with water surrounding the green. This course used to be Arnold Palmers main west coast home. He regularly was seen here hanging out. His home was located right off the back of the par 3 course behind the range.
