Super friendly staff! Fairways are reasonably good considering dry conditions. Greens were very good and ran pretty true. Would definintely play this course again.

Good deal. Back nine has some teeth so watch out. Good balance between challenging and fun / easier scoring holes.

I have been playing here more often lately, and still find this golf course a challenge. On the front nine there are a couple of great par threes. There are two reachable par fives as well (good holes). Then you make the turn, good par four to get your back side started. this side also features a couple of good par fives on the back side as well, then comes the wind which makes for a good challenge. I definitely recommend this course as one to play!!!

Need to upgrade carts to industry standards (coolers, ball & club washers, GPS /yardage finders). Fairways & rough need attention. Greens were well kept.

This course is challenging we enjoyed very much the greens and fairways were in good conditions.

Oceanside Golf Course is in good shape and well worth the green fee.

The head pro is incredibly friendly and helpful.

We did have one instance where one of the grounds crew was spraying the green with water and his hose covering the back third of the green stoping any shots that were past the pin..

The course has some great holes and a lot of sharp dog legs in both directions which makes you really think about your tee shot; you can't just pull out a driver and swing away. Conditions were pretty good, especially the greens. There seemed to be an abundance of foursomes in their 70's and 80's when we were there and we spent a solid 10-15 minutes waiting on every tee box and at least 5-10 minutes waiting on the fairways after we teed off as well. It made it very hard to get any kind of rhythm or flow on the day, but that may have just been a one time deal and just unfortunate for us.

Its a great course for the price. Only downside is they do not marshall the course to keep up a normal pace of play. Too many foursomes think it's the last day at Augusta and take forever to play.

Greens and fairways in very nice condition for Oside. Great weekday place. Face pace of play.

The course is a good buy if considering the price, however, it is really necessary to patrol the course for making a proper pace on the course.

The staff was very courteous and friendly and we teed off right on time. The course itself was not in very good condition but was fun to play. Some challenging holes and the greens putted well. Fairly long drive from Temecula and the green fees were reasonable. I would not return.

I learned to play golf at O-Muni decades ago. This was the first time I had golfed there in many years. The course layout is still the same. The fairways are a little dry but the greens are in great shape. The big difference is the pace of play. In the 80's and 90's a typical weekend round would take 5 to 6 hours. It was painfully slow. That's the main reason I stopped golfing there. This past weekend was a pleasant surprise. The pace was excellent. We didn't have to wait once. We didn't rush or get pushed by any group behind us. We finished in less than 4 hours.

The course had just finished verti-cutting the greens and were starting on the fairways. No mention was made of this when I checked in. The group in front of me was very slow and there was no marshall to correct this problem. Too bad, because I have enjoyed this course in the past.

Have not played this course thinking it was not a great course. I was pleasantly surprised by how fun it was. It was a little crowded and we had to wait some but it was a Saturday. My only hang up would be there are some nicer courses not far away that have the same rate or cheaper. For the price it could have been a little nicer course.

I went during the weekday, so the course was not that busy. Staff was friendly and flexible with my tee time. Fairways are a little patchy some places, but this is a great course for the price. Definitely would recommend.

Not bad for a muni. Should play as if all ground was under repair. Greens were fine which is not indicative of rest of course. Being a muni, I didn't expect gracious treatment but a little more politeness would have been welcome. Knowing it's not a high end club and being able to play almost anytime makes up for it's deficiencies. I'll be back.
