Desert Falls Country Club

We played Saturday morning. Pro shop staff not friendly. No food services. $15 for a large bucket of balls. Bought a sandwich from Beverage Cart - totally soggy and very expensive. Course condition was mediocre. I don’t mind paying for quality golf and service, but this was poor all around. Won’t book again.

First time played course. Challenging play on a number of hoels

A nice, well designed course that we are likely to play again. However, there are three holes that someone new to the course are probably going to have trouble with. No adequate maps of the course or holes. No distance markers after the tee. The members know the course but paying guests are going to struggle.

No food or beverage cart. No drinking water.

Course shape was OK but the bunkers were hard and crunchy. And 150 posts would be nice.

Course in good condition. Some challenging holes but fun for all golf levels. Would play again.

I would play the course again - good country club atmosphere.

We enjoyed the course very much although it did play slowly and we were unable to complete 18 holes before dark. Our tee time was 1:18, so we should have been able to finish. The course was in good condition and enjoyed the Canadian couple we met. (It would be nice to see 150 yard markers…….but just would be helpful.)

Not well marked where to go for golf when first arriving at the clubhouse. Staff was very friendly at the pro shop once I was able to locate that it was downstairs. Thought we would practice a little before heading out, but it appeared that one needed to buy a bucket of practice balls. None available at the driving range, so we skipped that. First hole was a surprise with water flowing after two shots! Course was OK, water level down, so at some holes it was just mud and muck if your ball went near the water! Yuck!! Par threes were easy. Starting getting rather breezy and chilly, so after fourteen holes we were done for the afternoon.
