For what it's worth, I'm a bogey golfer more or less.

I golfed right after it rained a good amount so I expected there to be some wet conditions. The course seemed to handle the amount of rain we got pretty well. There were only a few spots where you didn't want to step or hit. There is a good amount of variety and imagination with the layout. It wasn't overly challenging but not incredibly easy either. I'd definitely go again.

Overall a good value. I live on the west side of Detroit, so it is pretty far away for me. Course in very good shape. Layout is odd, but works for the land available. My one beef was the staff. There was only one person in the pro shop/bar, and there was a wait to pay for services/ drinks. That was around noon, and I thought it was odd, but the course wasn't busy, so I didn't think much of it. At the turn, there were three people working in the clubhouse, yet I still had to wait for refreshments. Not very player friendly.

Greens were excellent for March. They were smooth and no problem with snow mold spots. When I arrived the grounds personnel had a green roller working the greens, people working on tree limbs. Course will really green up when we get temperatures in mid 50's.

Nice little course that is spread out over several acres. It is not walkable as you need a cart to go to several holes. Narrower fairways and some carries on tee shots but fair greens. I'd come back.

Though not a long course, there is a lot of challenge for the average player. Wetlands and ponds come into play on many holes. Doglegs on several holes demand accurate placement of your tee shot. A nice variety of par 3's. Fairways and greens were generally in excellent condition.

This is my favorite course in the area, but they always have a hard time with hold ups on the course. I play fairly fast and honestly it ruined my day how bad the waits were. On one tee box I waited 20 minutes to tee off.

Other than that the course is gorgeous, the staff is friendly and the price isn't bad if you catch a hot deal.

It was my first time visit this course and I totally satisfied with the course. You can enjoy beautiful woods, swamps and lakes along side the course and the staff was nice and helpful. I want to visit this course once again this week : )

Very nice layout. Obviously hard to rate conditions when you play on Feb.22:-) Good pace of play and enjoyable.

Great course, fast greens. Good value.

Close to home. Great rates. Well maintained

This is one of the better courses I've played. A great challenge. It had nice length. It had nice elevation changes. The layout was awesome. The greens were fast. The course was extremely well maintained. The only negative I would say is a slow pace of play on the day that I played, but I am not sure if that is the norm because it's the first time I played the course. Can't what to go again.

Course was in good condition, round took just over 4 hours with a quick stop at the clubhouse at the turn, 9:00am tee time.

Nice straightforward course. A few doglegs add to challenge. Opened with par birdie birdie.Need GPS on a few holes. Blind Hazards come into play. Did not have mine and cost me at least 6 stokes. Still manage 84.

Super great staff. Course conditions were great. Smooth greens. Had a great time!

Greens fees were very reasonable for this course. Fairways were cut nicely and the putting greens were very well manicured. Overall great experience! I plan to play this course several times this season.
