About
LakeRidge Golf Course is a Robert Trent Jones course that has consistently been voted the "Best of Reno" ever since it first opened in 1969. Though the course sits less than five miles from downtown, the surrounding mountains provide a tucked-away feel. There are some stunning views from the elevated tees but don't get too distracted, this challenging course demands your attention. Mature trees tower over the fairways but they are thankfully wide enough to offer a little room for error. Water comes into play frequently and there are strategically placed bunkers lurking along the undulating greens. Accuracy is essential at LakeRidge Golf Course. The signature hole is the par-3 15th. This tee sits atop a rocky ridge that is perched 140 feet above Lake Stanley. You'll be playing downhill to an island green on this challenging but scenic hole.

Great track.
Enjoyed playing this course. Look forward to playing it again. I couldn't putt all day, greens were fast and had some break to them. Course is a great driving course. I got paired with three great guys and all good players. Course was a little backed up, guys told me the casino's send a lot of players to this course. Tee boxes could use some TLC. Greens were in good shape for early February. Great value via GolfNow.
Lakeridge Golf Course
Amazing Course! Course conditions were wet from rain but greens still were moving very fast. Beautiful views, will definitely be playing here more often.
No water
The course was fun and challenging. We played on a hot summer day and were told there is no water on the course. When we went to the bar to get ice for the small coolers attached to the cart, we were told we had to buy a drink to get ice. To pay $140 to play and then get dehydrated is not acceptable. More minor issues- driving range is just a few mats in a net enclosure; no ball washers on course. Because of all of this, I won’t be coming back
Great Course and Staff
The great Course and Staff are why we play Lakeridge multiple times when we visit the Tahoe area.
A Scenic Gem with Great Vibes!
Lakeridge Golf Course, such as its scenic beauty, challenging design, The course is in great condition, with rolling fairways and greens that challenge your putting skills. The signature island par-3 15th hole was beautifully and expertly designed.
NICE TIME PLAYING....OVERPRICED
we had a very nice time playing Genoa Lakes course. The fairways were ok.....greens were not in good shape.....many brown dirt spots.
we paid $100.00 /ea more like a $60-70 course.
Good Course and great staff
We enjoyed our round on the challenging course with great views.
Pretty good course
Overall worth playing. The course was very soft. Boy this course has a lot of groundhogs on the course.
Soggy
The fairways are inconsistent and way over watered. Greens are soft, lumpy and slow.
