About
The course at Springfield Golf Resort has a traditional design that has an interesting mix of desert-style holes. This executive course features average sized greens that are heavily undulating and fairways that are tight and lined with a few trees. Water comes into play on a few holes and there are also a few strategically placed sand bunkers throughout. The golf course plays fast, but it offers a good challenge for all skill levels. Offering three sets of tee boxes creates even more opportunities for adapting the game to different abilities and handicaps. In addition to the golf course, Springfield Golf Resort also offers a chipping area and putting green.

Nice day
All was good except the restrictions of cart path only. Course is ready to be 90 degree ridden. With many par 3’s this would only effect about 6 holes.
Lush
The course has rebounded well following the overseed. A little shaggy around the greens but that’s to be expected. Will be back for sure.
Great course good for beginners
I really liked this course. The greens were a little slow but seeding was just done. You’ll have to hit the ball a little harder with your putter. I
Tuesday Afternoon
Although just reseeded the course played good. The green speeds were inconsistent due to the reseeding. Yet greens were nice and challenging because of the multi-levels. For a shorter course the par 3’s are plenty challenging and this is an excellent opportunity to work on your short game 7 iron- wedges.
Over Seed Opening
Course has been open about a week from overfeeding and is in pretty good shape. Numerous improvements have been made to the entire course and it shows and is appreciated. Staff is outstanding from the clubhouse to the food service people. I'll be back once the new grass is more established.
Very Comfortable Round of Golf
I played on a Sunday with my wife, son, and 13 yr old grandson. This was our 1st time playing this course. We did wait just a few minutes at each tee box but got to enjoy some conversation with family which was nice. The course was just beginning to come out of overseeding but was in good shape. The quesadila at the 61 Grill was amazing! Staff was very courteous and attentive. Driving range was in very good shape as well. We will definitely be back.
Very relaxed, comfortable pace of play
A few moments wait at each tee box but it was comfortable to allow us to chat about previous hole, gather our thoughts for the next hole and proceed.

Great way to start the day!
Love this course!! I was invited to join the ladies league on Wednesday morning and have thoroughly enjoyed it! The course is super fun to play with challenging and interesting holes. The course is designed well to play to your handicap. If your schedule permits, join the ladies league! These ladies are a hoot! All skill levels are welcome.
Great Time Friendly Staff!
Cool little course for us beginners, pace of play was perfect! Lady at the gate was very friendly and knowledgeable. Gentlemen at the golf shop was also personable. We’ll be back.
Great course for the price
Overall this course was great. Some spots had some over watering and the greens were a little rough and slow rolling but I definitely will come back and golf this course again. Very fast play, finished 18 in just over 2 hours.
