There's been a major transformation of this Executive Course in the past 10 weeks. The Tee Bixes which were under reconstruction are "back on-line." The fairways are beginning to thicken and the greens uniformly are more green than brown. It is evident that a lot of hardworking has been invested into this course and it's beginning to show

Employee at the front was rude. She did not know what she was doing or talking about!

The front nine was wide open but when I turned to the back it was backed up so I went back to number one and replayed the front nine.

Great staff and great time as always. Course was in good shape overall.

The last two weeks have been such a wonderful surprise that the fairways are looking good. The greens are great. The first cut's good but the second cut s you better not go there cuz you're not going to find your ball but I understand they're letting the grass grow cuz it needs it. But what a change from a month ago. This is my favorite course and it kind of got disappointing for a couple weeks. Every place in the area. Also all the courses seem to have a problem but sunbird really has come around three guys I brought yesterday. They really enjoyed it so we will be back soon

I paid only $30 for this course and still feel robbed. It doesn’t appear that any parts are maintained. Bring extra balls, not for errant shots, but for the rough. The course is also a “dry” course, meaning no alcohol is sold. We quit after only 9 holes because we had enough of the unkept conditions. Plenty of other courses in the area that are in much better condition. Bummer I wasted a Sunday here

Into my 6th consecutive week playing at SunBird. The Greens and Tee Boxes are substantially improved since early July. The fairways? Not so much. Despite that, this Executive Course is quite challenging., especially the Front Nine. The Back Nine is basically a "chip and putt" experience. If you want to improve your irons from 150 yds out, your close chipping and putting, this course is for you.

Course was in good condition even though summer here has been brutal. Check in was quick and easy. Playing partner assigned was respectful and friendly. Work crews were courteous. I’ll be back.

Course looking better with the exception of some patches under repair.

Rough in some parts was diabolical but greens were pure and with it being an oven,at 130, blew through in 3 hours

Beautiful property, well maintained, overall easy course but with a few challenging holes.

Very poor condition. Clover leaf and uneven tee boxes. Greens were very long and slow. Practice area was also in poor condition. I heard they hired a new agronomist and groundskeeper, so hopefully they can resurrect it. No cart girl. Friendly staff.
