Springfield Golf Resort

Have played this course on average of twice per week. Conditions are superb,,greens are in great shape and staff very friendly and accommodating.. But judge for your self.

I generally hate playing courses with a lot of par 3’s. But after playing my first round on this course, I will be back. Fairways and greens were in great shape, and if you happen to miss the fairway, not to worry, as there is nothing to interrupt your ball, except trees and a few small ponds.

Play from the blues and those par 3’s are a little harder to reach.

Course was busy but still got done in less than 4 hrs. Had to wait at every tee box and that got a little irritating

I live here and play this coarse about once a week. I have only been playing for almost 2 years. This coarse is in excellent shape and is a lot of fun to play. The greens are beautiful and are challenging to me. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The Pro shop is great and the grill has excellent food.

To many golfers scheduled in to short of a time made golfing to slow. Also our actual tee time was 30. min. past our scheduled tee time. We enjoyed the course and the staff.

We love coming to Springfield! The course has improved in all aspects over the past year or so. Greens are the best we have seen in 3-4 years!

The staff are always super friendly and eager to answer any questions. The new Grill menu is great too! Now we can just grab some apps and beer after the round! (Fried pickles? Cheese Curds? Yes please!!)

For a senior community, it doesn't have that feel. Everyone is super friendly, we were paired with a twosome that play twice a week and have been for 30+ years...AMAZING. They were so nice.

They just remodeled the bathrooms, and they look like a swanky hotel! The folks know how to make sure the details are kept up.

We play this course pretty regularly and always have a good time. There have been a bunch of frost delays this year so far (not something the course can control), but the management does a great job of communicating the delays and doing their best to get everyone going as quickly as possible. Pace of play is pretty darn good, too, with our longest round being just over 3 1/2 hours for 18 holes (on a frost delay day). Most of the time we are playing in just over 3. We keep coming back every week because it is the friendliest place in town, conditions are excellent, and it they make you feel like a member even if you're not. We love Springfield! Keep up the great work guys and gals!

We were only able to get 9 holes in, but paid for 18. There were at least 3 foursomes, that I counted a head of us. We waited , along with 3,sometimes 4 groups on each tee. One group called the club house, they did send someone out, who said it was just busy due to a frost delay. It took us 2 hours and 45 minutes to play 9 holes on a course that says it should only take 3 hours to play 18. We will not be back. What a waste of money.

A good short course that provides a variety of challenges. Pace of play was slow as there were a number of twosomes. Sand traps were hard as rocks and virtually unplayable. Greens were in very good shape but difficult to read.

Overall enjoyed the day

I’ve played here before and it’s always busy but today was over the top in slow play. We had to wait on one and sometimes two foursomes on every hole. To make matters worse, we were a twosome and had very fast players behind us (actually hit into us twice). My wife and I play very fast so it was “hurry up and wait” all day long. Needless to say it was not enjoyable and I won’t play here again.

Had a later start due to a frost delay, but we got off in good time and the pace was very good. Staff is very friendly and accommodating to customers, especially due to the frost delay pushing back tee times. The course is in good condition, especially the greens. Several of the sand traps had water in them, but to be expected with all the rain in the area lately.

All was good except for pace of play. There was a delay that morning so they were running about 20 minutes behind. The group in front of us was so slow which ruined the experience a little. Other than that it was a fun day at a really decent course.
