Westbrook Golf Club - Vistas Course

About
The Vistas Course at Westbrook Golf Club is one of two 18-hole courses offered at the facility. The golf course has a links-style design with different challenging elements but it still enjoyable for beginners and advanced players alike. There are out-of-bounds stakes and several doglegs on the course as well as water hazards that come into play on a few holes. Located in the Northwest Valley, residential communities border the course but coyotes can sometimes be found roaming the greens. The Vistas Course has four sets of tee boxes so golfers can adjust their game according to their handicaps and abilities.

Reviews
Great Day
As you get into the summertime in Arizona golf courses tend to scale back their amenities not Westbrook Lake Vista’s everything was in perfect condition all the water fountains worked the greens and fairways were all in great shape and the staff are all very friendly and courteous
Great course!
The course is a little shorter than we usually play, but we just moved back a couple of tee boxes and it was great! The fairways were in great shape and white the greens weren't super green, they still played well. This course has enough challenges for just about anybody, yet is easily playable. We really enjoyed our round there. Tomorrow we'll try the Lakes!
Great course/overall experience- would definitely play again
This was my first time playing here- but the experience was overall very good. Pace of play on Sunday morning was a little rough, and I didn’t see any kind of Marshall out and about. The group in front of us bailed after 9 and back nine moved much quicker.
The course was in great shape, and it was a very nice change of pace from desert courses with hundreds of yards of desert brush to hit over from every tee box. The course was in great shape, but the fairways were a bit long and you got very little rollout on fairway hits. Rough even thicker. Lastly, greens all seemed to be in great condition. Overall, I would have no qualms coming back to play- the course was a pleasure to play.
I didn’t eat in the restaurant, but walking through it looked as though it had great food.
All in all a great day on the course.
The course was very nice, the pro shop guy was amazing! I paid for 2 but my wife decided not to play and they let her refund the round and still ride with me. I’d definitely play here again.
People were very friendly. The lady in the pro shop was able to get us out 15 minutes ahead of our tee time.
We were able to finish our game in 3 hours. Good job.
Summer conditions
You could definitely tell they were in a transition phase during the summer months. Lots of wet spots. Greens were good and the layout is a typical Sun City design. Couple of fun short par 4s for high risk/high reward. Front staff was very welcoming and let our 3some play alone. Complimentary balls also a nice touch. In the winter months, I’m confident this course would be a mid 4 star. Not a bad track for a $30 hot deal.
