Cave Creek Golf Course

Course conditions good and price a little high for city course. Mr. Bell did a good job of his course design. Appreciated the black top repair on the way in. That took way too long. To repair.

Started with a 1:04 tee time and completed my round before it got dark. Greens are in good shape and fairways are fairly lush, but divots abound. Walked the course, but the last two holes are uphill, so be in good shape.

Second round played this week at cave creek. 4 hr round. Greens were fast but Consistent. Fairways good. Pace of play good unlike the previous marathon I encountered. Good value for a round of golf in January. Will return

The course was a bit crowded. We were behind a large group or outing. Slowed things down a bit. The course was in decent shape.

Nice layout. Fairways and greens quite good. Greens consistent throughout. Had fun other than the 5 hr round. Foursomes walking this course is a detriment to timely play. There are many holes wheee u walk a heck of a long way between tee boxes. Folkish pay the extra 15 bucks and drive. I guarantee u will still get your exercise. Other than the 5 hr round had fun

The round was enjoyable, Course was in good condition and the day was pleasant.

Great course for the money. Although pace of play was slow and the 5some in front of us really slowed play. And would not let our 3some play through.

The course was packed! Solid foursomes throughout the course. The parking lot (which has been totally repaved) was overflowing.

The pace was a little slow, but we kept moving. I played here a couple weeks ago after all the rain. The course has dried out a bit since then. There are still some puddles around, but no big deal. I will most likely be back in a few weeks.

It had just rained for two days straight. Obviously, the course was wet. There were a few more water hazards than normal. heh. The wash that flows through the course was running like a river. Kind of neat to see actually. It did not cause any problems. You just have to remember to go across the cement bridge after the 5th hole after teeing off on the 11th and 18th holes. After we got through a 4-some that did not know golf etiquette we finished playing in about 4 hours. Other than the standing puddles because of the rain the course was in very good shape. The greens still need to thicken up a bit, but they are almost there. Everything else about the course was good. We saw the beverage girl about 4 times throughout the round. I've yet to try the new cantina which has been remodeled.

We had a good time playing this course.

Flat, open, course makes play quick and easy for all types of players. Good value, but the course is a public looking course, but has a couple of nice holes that are tough. Some water does challenge players off the tee, as well as a couple of cliff tees. Good walking course.

Not a bad course, as long as you get golf now deal it's worth playing. Good mix of holes, challenging but fair. Not a PGA TPC type but very playable for a muni course.

Course is fun and has its challenges. Nice change of pace from flat desert courses. Very good shape for a municipal course. Great value. Definitely would play it again.

I had a single tee time for 10:08, joined 2 others (1 walking).

There were many foursomes in front of us- we only waited about 3 times to hit our shots-finished 18 holes in just under 4 hours- awesome!
