Oakcreek Country Club is situated amongst Sedona's red rock mountains, providing unique scenery throughout. Opened over 40 years ago, it is Sedona's first golf course. The course was a collaboration between Robert Trent Jones, Sr. and his son. It is a classic, player-friendly layout that offers plenty of room for error. There are also several opportunities to recover errant shots incorporated into the design. Despite its forgiving nature, the golf course definitely has its challenges. There are tree-lined fairways with bunkers strategically positioned in the landing areas and elevated greens bordered by large, swirling bunkers. Three lakes also come into play on five holes. Oakcreek Country Club requires accuracy as well as length in order to score well. Next to the clubhouse there are extensive practice facilities including a large driving range with target areas, a practice green, putting and chipping greens, and a short game area with a sand bunker.

Staff very friendly. Wish restaurant open a bit later but plenty of dining options in Oak Creek.

I hat an awesome experience! The views of the red rocks in the back nine will be printed in my memories for ever. Love playing in Sedona hitting 300 yd drives. Ball seems to stay in the air forever

A must in Sedona

We had a great experience from start to finish. Very cordial in the pro shop, at the first tee, and in the clubhouse. The course was beautiful. The weather was great. There was a beverage cart on probably a third of the holes. It was not so difficult that any level of player would’ve enjoyed it. The views on the course were breathtaking, as well as the short drive from downtown Sedona to the course. Would definitely recommend this for anybody visiting the area.

I was impressed. Greens are great now. Aeration about 2 weeks ago but no impact on putting.

Was here in September. The course and greens were in terrific c shape As able to get a round with the GolNow at 3:50 pm. We had a few slow play foursomes ahead of me. I was single with wife riding in cart. Highly recommended. course Inam here for a week. I will plan sgsin

It was a great experience from Greg at the starters post all the way to the staff person at the pro shop That recommended a great place to eat afterwards the course was in great condition, and the staff were really helpful and offered any type of assistance we needed.

Oakcreek CC Always a Premium Experience

Great course and always in great condition. The course is tight and you need to be on the correct side of some fairways which makes things interesting. The greens usually roll a bit slow but breaks are subtle and true. Best part of the experience is the staff. They know their stuff but remain in the background unless they need to step into a situation.

FF Draft Weekend

Course layout is beautiful. Greens in excellent shape best I’ve played on in awhile. Weather was perfect made it for a great day. Pace of play was good for the most part. The only negative was the cart needed more options (minor issue). Overall had a great time. We will be back.

Sedona Gem

OCC has a great layout and spectacular red rock views. Conditions of greens and fairways are excellent. Trees and rough can be penal. Bunker quality varies. Practice area needs an update( no flags or greens as targets). Staff is friendly and helpful. Bistro is good and service is excellent. Beverage cart is good but would be nice if there were more snack choices.
