Oakcreek Country Club

Being able to play golf in Sedona was a true blessing. My wife and I had a Tee time at 11:12 and paired up with a couple of guys who knew the course. The staff, course condition, layout, etc. was top notch! My wife is a beginner so she I think this might be the Gold Standard for her now. We loved it immensely and will definitely go back.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The course and equipment were well maintained. The red rocks were visible around the course making it a beautiful place to play.

My favorite course in the world. I live in Tempe, from the northeast and I make the drive up to play every chance I get. I’m always paired with a member and they’ve all been wonderful. The views are better than you’d believe, the conditions are immaculate. For the rate, consider it a free round, it’s that worth it.

Course was in great shape. Red rock formations made the experience fantastic!

It's been several years since I played Oakcreek CC in Sedona. The course is in great shape. Scenery of red rock mountains is splendid. Enjoyed the company of a club member that showed us the ropes. Can't wait to return.

Really enjoyed the views of Sedona from the course. The staff was very friendly and the course was in great shape. Would recommend this course when visiting Sedona!

Decent course, fairly tight with close proximity of houses on most holes. Staff were great and very friendly. Bar/cafe closes early so if you tee off after noon drink quickly.

Green conditions was outstanding. Fast and consistent firmness

Fairways were rough in some spots, maybe because of early spring time

Lay was very good. From blue tees bunkers were not very challenging to carry, opening up the course for wedges. Good variation of elevations and bunkers were in good shape. Overall a good day golfing on some great and challenging greens.

Very enjoyable round of golf, albeit slow. The weather was nice with some winds contributing to the day. It was sweater on/sweater off weather. The pro shop and other staff were very nice and welcoming. Tee times were full and spaced very close, combined with a frost delay in the morning made for a 30min+ delay on the first tee at 12:56 (teed off about 1:30) and a very slow back nine. Overall round was close to 5 hours. Nevertheless, it was a pleasant day and I would gladly go back. The course is a bit rough, as it's March in the mountains, but the greens were quite good and for a public course, it's well maintained. There are some of the really worn down areas and some very patchy fairways. I would like to see the course in early summer. It seemed like there were others that paid less than us so there may be some deals out there that we did not take advantage of? I would recommend checking it out and enjoying your time. After you hit a less than acceptable shot, you can look around and realize how fortunate you are to be out there in such a beautiful place playing the game your enjoy (see, already forgot about the bad shot :))

Played with a couple nice guys, brothers from Cottonwood David and Danny. They helped out with tips from the course, etc. We were able to gain access to 7 Canyons during the trip which is an amazing private course. To compare this isn't fair, but it's a very nice course with great views as well. Considering the other public course was twice the price as here it worked out well for us. Nice people and course in generally good condition. More bunkers guarding greens than I'd like but that's the way it goes.

Good golf course and I'm glad we played during our brief stay in the area. The scenic value alone was worth the green fee..

Nice course just outside of Sedona with beautiful views of the rock formations from many holes. Relatively short but lots of trees and hazards (sand and water). Back nine much nicer than the front. While fairways are relatively wide, there is very little room to miss as there are houses very close on every hole. Between members and tourists don't expect to get around very quickly, but at least you have the vistas to enjoy while you wait.

The course is very scenic and fun to play. We came to Arizona to play golf with a group of 12 and it was a consensus among our group that it was our favourite course we played. The course layout is challenging but fair and the views are amazing!!! The management was very accommodating.

The personnel were nice and easy going. The views were to die for and took my mind off my inconsistent play. The back nine was beautiful and easier to score well than the first nine. I enjoyed this first visit and hope to return in the future.
