The golf course at the Palmbrook Golf Club (formerly known as Palmbrook Country Club) has a reputation for being immaculately well kept. The course's greens and fairways are consistently kept in excellent condition making the course enjoyable to play. In addition to the spotless maintenance, the course at the Palmbrook Golf Club has a challenging design that incorporates water hazards in the form of a meandering brook and six lakes on the back nine. The challenging greens are fast and hard to read. There are also several bunkers that can affect play. Four sets of teeboxes provide different options.

Great Value
Booked a 12:30 tee time on a Monday/ played in 4 hours/ fun pairing/ staff was great/ golf course is in great shape
Great Round But Slow
Shot 75 with 4 birdies. Greens rolled very true. Fairways in nice condition. Two slow groups in front of us made it a 5.5 hour round. That's too long.
Nice course
I had read the positive reviews on this course and decided to give it a try. Booked through GolfNow as a single and ended up playing with three senior gentlemen who play here regularly. Pro shop and clubhouse staff were accommodating and friendly. Did not stay to eat but the three gents I played with assured me the food is good as well.
Like many valley courses, dormant grass this time of year and occasional water hazards / bunkers make you want to stay in the fairways, The good news is that the fairways are generously wide and in great shape. A number of the holes have dog legs which keeps things interesting and makes you think about your next shot. The greens are large and roll nicely, with enough undulations to test your putting skills.
I found the price point just a shade high, but given the overall course conditions / service / amenities, it’s worth paying a little bit more for an above average experience. Enjoyed my day here and will be back!
Just OK
The course was in decent condition. Better than a couple of others that I have played in that same area. We played extremely fast, finishing in under 4 hrs. The layout is fairly boring. A little more interesting with the water on the back nine. I'd play here again, but not for $80. Golf is overpriced throughout the valley and this was no exception. Would be a good $50 course.
Enjoyed the day
Was able to get a midday tee time at a decent price. Got paired up with members (who were great company for the round). Front nine is quite forgiving while the back plays tighter with water in play. Decent practice area and range balls included with the booking.
Great Round But Slow
Great day and shot my best round ever. Unfortunately, play was slow taking 5 hours. Course in great shape.
Course in great shape fast greens
Greens are super fast, bit of a challenge but very nice… fairways were in amazing condition as well, only complaint is the slow group in front of us. Not too bad, but it would’ve been nice to see a marshal out there. Overall great course for the price expecially during this season.
