I like the course layout and I had a coupon on a hot deal with GN so couldn't beat the $9!

They are very friendly and I'm hopeful it will be as good as Palmbrook but they have a long way to go. Overseeding so you get what you get with the greens. I will wait a while before coming back here.

Greens had been punched and sanded and made the greens difficult to putt.

Fairways had a lot of dead areas that required a lift clean an place.

On a positive note, the green fees were reduced to compensate for course conditions.

I would play the course again at that price but my playing partners wouldn't.

This course is really in bad shape, I know it's summer and very hot, so I'm not expecting an emerald carpet. Lots of weeds, lots of bare spots, generally poor conditions. Greens were alright I guess. No ranger so play was extremely slow.

This will probably be the last time we play here, sure it's on the less expensive side, but I think there's better courses out there for similar pricing.

Had not played here for quite some time. Course conditions were not too great...greens had not been mowed and it was a weekend, fairways were spotty and long and the tee boxes were spotty also. Pace of play was not good on a hot day. Got to 3 tee box and there were three groups already on the hole! On a super hot day having to wait that long is not a good thing and pace didn't get much better all round. Will give course another shot later this year, but was disappointed today.

I ha been wanting to play this course for some time. Don’t bother. Course is in horrible condition. Almost no grass on fairways, greens very slow. Showed up as a single. A threesome did not want to play as a foursome so I played as a single. This should have been controlled by the course. Caught up to a twosome who did not let me play through or join them, very rude players. Water at turn tasted funny. Save your money for a different course.

Went out at 7:30 and the temps weren’t too bad. The pace of play was good. All foursomes were out so we’re within a shot or two of the group in front and behind us the whole time. The course was in good shape for the recent heat we have had with no rain. Solid summer golf with decent coverage in the fairways and tees and greens were good. Pro shop staff was really friendly. I will be back again before the summer is out.

Greens are Pure, Fairways are in decent shape, I would hit a ball middle fairway and be in some bad grass sometimes. Tee Boxes were awful, the worst part abt the course. Not too bad tho, for the price i’d play again !

Well, they used to offer free range balls and now they charge. It was supposed to be 115, so I asked for a cooler for the cart, which used to always be on there, but the guy said they only give them out if you buy something from them. When it’s 115, you need way more than a Gatorade. Since I brought my own water bottles and poweraids, no alcohol, he wouldn’t let me use a cooler. The pace of play was pretty good for nine holes. Then got behind a foursome that was playing a two two man scramble. It took forever. They wouldn’t let us play through and would look back at us sitting and waiting already before they left the tee box. Only good thing was the range is real grass so you don’t have to hit off of mats like most places now. Wouldn’t bother for a $40 summer round.

If you can snag one of the “hot deal” times it’s ready a good bang for your buck golf course. The outdoor grille at the turn is also very nice almost makes up for there being no cart girl.

This course is always a fun one to play. I live nearby and play it quite a bit and even through the hot summer so far, the course is in pretty good shape sans a few spots on some greens and the price is reasonable as well. Keeps me coming back.

One of the worst conditioned courses ever played, even though it’s summer, totally let it go!

K the course, fairways in decent shape and greens were fun and in good shape for this time of year. I arrived early for my teatime, they were kind enough to let me T off early as a single. Back nine was fun with water in play on a few holes. Looking forward to how the new owners improve clubhouse. If you like Palmbrook you like this course. Great value.

For this time of year this course is in better shape than most and has a very good layout for your average golfer and is a bargain at the prices they charge. Bring your own drinks n snacks, no cart person limited snack bar at the golf shop. Ice machine with filtered water.

Played early round this morning. Got out in front of several foursomes. Completed 18 in just over 3 hours. Some rough spots - to be expected when its 110+. Overall, course is in very playable condition. Greens have some spotty patches, but its July in AZ. Good value for your money in my opinion. No beverage cart running during the summer. Bring a cooler with some ice and waters!

Good course, son and I had a good time.. only negative was the super slow 4 some in front of us, but the course was kinda busy anyway..the pro shop guy even warned us which was nice.
