Grandview Golf Course at Sun City West

I really enjoyed my round and found the course in excellent shape. I look forward to playing the course again.

Picked a bad day to play but understood the "opening" on Golf Now as due to projected windy conditions. Course was great but greens were aerated a week or 2 ago and not running true but rather bumpy and slow.

Have played here a few times and always enjoy it. Good layout and the greens are always in great shape and running fast.

I was looking forward to seeing the “big” changes that were done to this course. I didn’t see much. The course looked the same as before, except the tee boxes on the 14th were redone very nicely. Course was in great condition. Greens were pretty fast. The player’s assistant was extremely friendly. We had a very positive experience. Thank you.

Course is a little longer then the rest of courses in town but was in great shape and would definitely golf again

Playing from whites was a bit challenging for me on this course whereas other courses, the white tee's are perfect. The course was in perfect condition. Could see a bit more "ready" golf to speed things along.

I find most courses to be on the shorter side as for length. Playing off the white t's as usual, I quickly discovered the length was challenging on par 4's. I was hitting fairway woods, rather than wedges for approach shots. I discovered after playing that I should play this particular course from the yellow tee boxes as it's 6,365 from the whites. The condition of boxes, fairways and greens was perfect. I will definitely play again (from yellow).

Course was in good condition but highly disappointed with the staff. The ranger rushed us, since there was space in front he asked us to hurry beyond pace. The group behind us was hitting balls into us and the ranger’s response was that we needed to hurry. Allowing golfers to hit balls into people is unsafe and unacceptable. Why would anyone want to play somewhere that rushes the game beyond pace and where at risk of getting hit. Not worth it.

Course was just okay as well as price. Typical desert course where the rough is miserable.

Golf cart rules sre such that you must pair up with strangers to make no more than 2 carts per tee time. Unsafe, unhealthy and uncomfortable at best. I would find someplace else to play, especially as a single player. Singles cannot even use online registration fo tee times. A bad joke.

We played Grandview on a 3pm tee time. We paid $22 and got in 18 holes. There was absolutely nothing wrong about this golf course. Spacious layout, little course traffic, perfectly manicured greens, and some challenging, but fair, golf!

I almost refrained from writing this review in order to keep this hidden gem a secret for those who know about it. If you play here, please treat it with the respect it deserves! The people who run this place must love what they do.

The course itself is in fabulous condition. However, when making the tee time on line, there is no mention that the cart is an additional amount per person nor how much it is. They don't take American Express which is also not noted on their website. Every other course I have ever played either includes the cost of the cart in their fee or there is something mentioned on the website. The excuse that they only have a limited amount of carts is inconsequential. Other courses run out of carts and patrons wait for the turn around on carts. Not sure if I will ever return to this course. Not happy with the staff at all.
