About
Grandview Golf Course may be little known, but it provides a good challenge for players of all abilities. Although the course is relatively demanding, it is suitable for most players and there are also four sets of tee boxes to adapt the game to different skill levels or handicaps. There is a variety of different sand bunkers that golfers need to watch out for as well as water hazards that come into play on four holes. The signature hole is the par-5 13th hole, which is challenging not only due to its lengthiness but also because it requires an approach shot over water.

Golf course was in great condition! The only complaint was that it was not allowing birdies.
Staff very friendly! Will enjoy playing Grandview many more times!
Rudest staff I’ve ever seen
This is the 2nd time in 2 months that I played this course and was treated rudely by the staff. I reviewed how the attendant/starter was rude last time. Comparatively, he was very polite to the guy yesterday. Although I was 3rd in line to tee off, I drove up to the first tee because the guys whose tee time was coming up were friends of mine. As I was chatting with them, the starter, over the loudspeaker, yelled out that nobody’s supposed to go to the first tee without being called. Within seconds, he came out to tell us in person. It was about 10:55 am. I had an 11:15 tee time. As soon as he found out, he directed me to leave the tee area immediately. I told him that I was chatting with my friends and would leave in a minute. He became very belligerent and started to yell at me to leave immediately. I told him to stop yelling at me. He got very angry and told me and my friend that he’s cancelling our tee time and to come into the office to get our refund. I booked the tee time through GolfNow and he couldn’t give me a refund. So he told me to leave and get the refund from GolfNow. I countered that since he’s the one who cancelled my tee time, he’ll have to give my refund. He went to talk to his boss, who came out to us and apologized. I was so rattled that it took me couple of holes to calm down.
Couse was in great condition
Plush fairways, greens medium speed got slower as afternoon moved along.
Course was in great shape, plush all the way around
from t-box to green, excellent condition, fairways were like walking on carpet, ball sits up and green got a little slower after time moved on started @ 11AM

Unfriendly staff
I normally give very positive reviews but one of the staff members got me so angry, I have nothing nice to say about the course today. We had an 11 am tee time through GolfNow. We were a twosome. We got there a little early, about 10:40. I asked the cashier if it was ok for us to tee off. I drive my own golf cart to the course and I saw that there was nobody on the golf course for at least the first 4 holes and no one waiting to tee off. He told us that since we had a twilight rate, we’d have to wait till 11 to tee off. Mind you, there was no one there waiting to tee off. We sat down but after 10 minutes, I decided to go and tee off - 10 minutes early. It was about 106 degrees. As we were teeing off, this man came out to the first tee and chided us for teeing off early, warning us that he could “revoke our playing privileges”. Yes, technically, he was correct. But with 106 degree temperatures and nobody anywhere near the first tee, it was an overreach.

Overall, the course is in good shape. Some bald spots but overall it’s ok. Greens are well maintained. I always enjoy playing this course.
Insane Value
Played this because it was the first time I’d seen it pop up on GolfNow and I love playing new courses when I can. I was expecting the typical Sun city course but it was so much nicer. For being a June round, the course was in amazing condition. We were first off so pace of play obviously wasn’t a concern but I was thoroughly impressed, especially since it was cheaper than some of the other Sun City rates right now that are in far worse condition.

Course is always is in good shape. Greens were a little slow but that may have been because they were recently punched. Overall fun
