Mountain at Incline Village Golf Resort
About
Set in Tahoe, Incline Village features two golf courses that will have golfers itching for more. The Mountain Course is one of them, and this Robert Trent Jones Jr. design will appeal to even the most demanding of golfers.
The Mountain Course, designated a "Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary," combines a unique design that brings the most out of its immensely scenic qualities. Jones Jr. used the natural landscape to create a course that is one with nature, but more than challenging enough for low-handicappers. Even so, the multiple tee placements make it a perfect challenge for all golfers, making the Mountain Course a must play for those looking for the perfect High Sierra golf package.
Tahoe locals have long been fans of the Mountain Course, as have those on golf vacations to Incline Village and Tahoe. Add to that superior service - it has been ranked No. 1 in the nation for customer satisfaction by the National Golf Foundation - and you'll see why the Mountain Course at Incline Village is a special place for golfers.

Awesome par 3 course.
If you like a hilly course with lots of elevation changes, this is one of the best I have seen anywhere. It also has the benefit of being one of the most beautiful courses I’ve ever been on. With a few par 4’s and the rest being par 3’s, it’s great to hone your short game and have a great time doing it. The snack bar overlooks 4 fairways so there’s no shortage of joy on the 18th hole. What an awesome course.
Fun course
The staff was great. The course was fun and challenging. Beautiful place to play. I will definitely play there again. They make a great chicken salad sandwich.
Beautiful/Challenging
Course was in excellent condition. Challenging my mid irons. Lots of elevation changes and sloping fairways. Highly recommend.
Always a great and very challenging course!!!
Very, very fast greens. Course has a lot of character and can be very challenging. Beautiful fairways and Perfectly groomed greens and sand traps. Love this course!
7:30 cart return
Beautiful course, great staff only complaint is if you play a late start time they come around at 7:30 and stop your play and make you return the cart. We were on the 17th so we returned the cart and went back and walked the rest of the course. We had a 4:12 start time. So anything after 4:00 will be tough to finish all 18
Incline
Greens and course was challenging. Great setting. Enjoyed the day.
Tahoe Love
This is my favorite Tahoe course. It's always in great shape. We play late afternoon to make it affordable for retired golfers and always cooler. We drive from S Lake 3-4 times a summer.
Each hole more beautiful than the last!
Absolutely beautiful course high in an alpine forest. It may be executive length, but its setting will make you forget about the lack of par 5s. Great course , highly recommended.
Lovely track, friendly staff
Course is in great shape, greens are rolling excellent. Fun course. $60 is about the most I would pay for it, can be a little too expensive otherwise.
Friendly Staff
The staff was awesome. The course was set up to be golfer friendly!
Incline mountain course - tough fun
Brutally challenging 14 par 3s and 4 par 4s. Greens and fairways are beautifully maintained, but fairways are quite narrow. Off the fairway can be challenging, and sometimes fatal. Hitting straight is rewarded😬. I’m looking forward to playing here again
