About
Wolf Run Golf Club is one of south Reno's most popular courses. The course is situated amid the Sierra Foothills, tumbling across a picturesque desert landscape sprinkled with native flora. The layout has many risk-reward opportunities and the par-3 holes are especially fun. The hilly terrain is as scenic as it is challenging, providing some tricky uneven lies and there is a meandering creek that slithers along the fairways. Though it's wide open, the golf course requires a bit of accuracy and some good course management. The elevated tees offer some spectacular views as well as some intimidating approaches to the fast, undulating greens. In addition to the golf course, Wolf Run also has a practice facility with a driving range and putting and chipping greens. You can also get your clubs repaired on site.

Excellent course
This course will tests you. Greens are fast but fairway are fairly wide. A really fun track. Good shape for early spring.

Great course
Went on an extremely windy day. This course offers great challenge and diverse conditions
Great eighteen
The course was in excellent shape, greens were fast and well maintained. The pace of play was on the slow side as it took my group of three almost five hours to play our round. We consistently waited on the groups in front of us to hit their next shot or tee off. There were no course marshals to speed play. Other then that it was a great day of golf.
Great views, challenging course
We needed a Marshall to move along pace of play. 4 1/2 hours to play 16 holes, had to leave after that
fairways had numerous very large areas of dirt with no grass. Going from fairways to cart path in cart, huge drop-offs causing drink spillage in cart. Will not recommend until fairways are maintained
Great, as always
The course is coming out of winter in good shape. The greens are great and the pace of play is fast most days. Today we got through in 2 hours and 45 minutes! It is always fun to play at Wolf run.

The course was very playable for this time of year.
I liked the course and the setup was just fine. I didn't like that they watered some greens right before we approached them. The course was in pretty good shape for the end of March!
Preferred course in Reno
I like most everything about Wolf Run. Though I’ve noticed that since Duncan took over, the course conditions are not as good as before. Still a nice course, but starting to show wear and tear. Pace of play is usually very good.
Great golf course
Had a very nice time here played in the early spring so grass was just beginning to get green, but the greens themselves were pure.
