Wolf Run Golf Club

Course was a bi wet but played well. Greens were rolling nice.

I have always loved Wolf Run. This is the course where I learned to play golf. Favorite course in Reno. However, this is poorest condition I have ever seen it in. The greens were good though, so it is still super playable. These last 2 years have been really tough for golf courses, so I definitely understand.. I just hope the great conditions return next season. Still love this place and will continue to play it. Would recommend.

I booked a 7:15am time because I had to drag the wife to the airport in the afternoon and wanted to ensure I had plenty of time to get that done. It was really cold that night and there was frost all over the course, so we had a frost delay. I **totally** get that - can't let players and carts out on the course under those conditions. What wasn't good, however, was the lack of communication to the golfers regarding start times, etc. Everyone found out we could begin when the starter moved his golf cart that was blocking the path to the #1 tee and then drove to the tee and waited for golfers to come up. No announcement or anything. Weird. Pro shop staff was kind of "meh, I don't care" about the whole thing too. Anyway, I love the course. Really fun to play.

Played with two members Pepper and Andy had a great time. They both explained the course layout to us real polite people. Excellent course thanks toAndy and Pepper.

Fun & challenging, fairways & greens were in good shape

If you miss the fairway on most holes, kiss it good-bye...

I enjoyed the course,it was in good shape.The tee boxes and greens were nice, some of the fairways need to be attended to better, some were dry and some places were very wet, but overall good. Will play again soon.

A little pricey.

I thought you should be able to drive your cart out in to the parking lot to load up. All other courses I have played let you do that. It makes it so much easier/convenient especially for the disabled/elderly.

Pace of play was terrible, you need a ranger out there occasionally to check.

Great track with excellent fairway and green conditions. Tee boxes were a bit uneven/not level in spots and over saturated. Otherwise a course which offers a good challenge. Very enjoyable day of golf.

The pace of play was awful. No Marshall’s out here to push anyone. As I became a single on the back 9, one 4some let me through. A twosome in front of me refused to acknowledge me. I coulda have ran laps around them and the 4 some n front of them. I blame the lack of Marshall’s on course as well as the players on the course. While this is. A good course, mats on driving range, slow play, lack of etiquette by many players, tee shots landing about 10 yards from my group, 3 times and not a single Fire, I will frequent other Reno courses before coming back here.
