About
Wolf Run Golf Club is one of south Reno's most popular courses. The course is situated amid the Sierra Foothills, tumbling across a picturesque desert landscape sprinkled with native flora. The layout has many risk-reward opportunities and the par-3 holes are especially fun. The hilly terrain is as scenic as it is challenging, providing some tricky uneven lies and there is a meandering creek that slithers along the fairways. Though it's wide open, the golf course requires a bit of accuracy and some good course management. The elevated tees offer some spectacular views as well as some intimidating approaches to the fast, undulating greens. In addition to the golf course, Wolf Run also has a practice facility with a driving range and putting and chipping greens. You can also get your clubs repaired on site.

Stay below the hole!
Nice course, great shape. Greens are extremely fast, but true. Some of the tee boxes could be leveled out a bit. Sometimes hard to find a flat area to tee up on.
Wolf Run Golf
The course was in great shape and the greens were fast, especially down hill. There was a variety of challenging holes. A very enjoyable round. I would recommend playing here!
Good 1st Experience
Really enjoyed the course and layout. Glenn’s were crazy fast, undulating and hard breaks.
Need the know where to place your ball On the green with your irons.
I will be back. Well worth the $60

Very fast so it was a bit challenging for amateur but fair. Had a time

Not sure what happened but when we got to the seventh hole the play backed up two foursomes. It was slow play the rest of the way..

Great course, fast greens, great customer service.
Wind, rough, and putting on glass
Absolutely beautiful setting, great views, wildlife, beautiful course. Course conditions, and pace of play on the other hand were awful. The greens were like putting on glass, if your above the hole you have to sink the putt or it rolls off the green. I hit an uphill putt that missed short, and rolled all the way back to my feet several times. The rough is deep everywhere, theres no first cut. And to compound the situation the wind blowing at a constant 20mph, gusting to 30plus, makes the place US open ready. At least the course had a great layout, lots of risk reward shots, i love that. I play a couple times a month, shoot in the 80s to low 90s. I had a 54 at the turn... hardest conditions ive ever experienced. Unfair for 99% of golfers. Pace was terrible, we ended up leaving after 13holes. I recommend playing the course if you love nature and beautiful views, otherwise your better off at a place like washoe, where you can actually play golf.
Backed up to kingdom come
On course now! Give me my money back. Told by starter play moving great. Been backed up since 1st hole. No water. No snack cart; not on front 9 yet. Terribly marked golf course. Very disappointed. Only feel good? Hot deal. Big deal.

Course is in great shape. Greens are extremely fast! Some of our putts got to the hole or above and rolled 10' to 20' back down the green. You definitely didn't want to be above the hole when putting!

Play here a few times a year. This was the best shape I’ve seen this course in. Greens were crazy fast, but I enjoyed that challenge.
