Good value and location. I like playing this course.

Rough and Fairway were not in fair condition - greens were in good condition - will be back

Really enjoyed the layout of the course and the greens were in reasonably good shape. However, the fairways and first cut of rough weren't entirely discernable. Decent course, but probably wouldn't play again unless the prices was $25 or less.

Couldn't pass up the $15 round that we found on golfnow.com . The conditions weren't great. Fairways are hit or miss. Greens had a lot of patches on them and were just aerated. Greens were not consistent. Some were super soft and slow others more firm and quicker. There is a major lack of distance to green markers and no way to know what the hole layout is. Overall the layout is quite nice. The course looks tighter then it really is. It's very private, not many houses on it which is nice. Food is overpriced. $4 for a tiny little hot dog. Club house lacks a selection of new equipment/balls/apparel etc. The staff was friendly and pace of play was great (3.5hrs). The layout and price will bring me back here again.

The fairways are wide but the water is challenging. We are looking to go back and play again. No map showing you the course which was very difficult the first time around.

The buildings are old and the course need some work. A few of the greens have a few bad spots. The traps are in poor condition. The fairways are okay to good condition. Tee box are okay. The carts are not the best as we needed to change carts due to poor batteries after 9 holes and the replacement cart we got had the worst steering and brakes of any I ever used. Some of the holes are very pretty to the eye and some have water hazards that you are unaware of when you tee off (oops my ball reached the hazard). However for the price of the course and cart that we got from Golfnow it was well worth it! I would play it again for the good price.

The course is just beat up. The club house and facilities are sad. I hate to see courses on good pieces of land go to waste like this. I know money doesn't grow on trees but there are simple inexpensive ways to add to a golfers experience. These guys just seem ok with sitting on the course and the property. It would be ok for the money if it was one of the courses that offered like 18 for $25 or less.

This is an OK course for the money. Played on one of the hottest days this year so that may have impacted my opinion of the course. However, the fairways played as if you were hitting off of concrete and the greens were being over-watered throughout the day so the greens played without breaks and a little slower than the fairways. Outside of that for the $20 something dollars I paid for the round it was pretty much what I expected.

They started us off on number 10 and when we made the turn to go to number 1 they were starting other players off on 1. Don't know how they thought that was going to work because it slowed our play down to a crawl which I hate.

Good layout. This is an average course. Good for the recreational golfer. Maybe not for those that are real particular about course conditions. As with bent grass, the green were starting to show the affect of the heat. Some brown and damage spots. But, overall they rolled good. You could score. You just had to putt it hard enough. Will definitely play it again. Good value!

Course is a little worn and they need hole identifiers with course layout many holes you tee off not knowing about hazards I can't complain 15.00 a round was well worth the price

Greens are awesome. The fairways are good and the bunkers have improved as well. A few of the tee boxes could use some love but other than that the actual course itself is overall good condition. A lot of tree removal going on all around the course don't expect the peaceful setting you are used to while this is happening.

The greens were is great condition. But the tee boxes are not level and maintained poorly. Fairways were average, but they drain well. Lots of rain lately and no we spots. We had to wait for a cart to play, busy day I guess. For the price, fun time. But if you are picky, it's not for you.

Great greens, challenging holes, interesting fairways. Not sure if I would recommend the course. If I did I would definitely set his/her expectations up front. I would consider the course to be a last resort option if nothing else was available in the area. Good course to go out and hit around, but nothing to write home about.

They're probably headed for Pinetuck's fairways. The greens were good, but grass on the fairways is almost non-existent with lots of damp movings everywhere. Layout is fair, but conditions will keep me away ad infinitum...

The fairways needed some work. Very sparse. They need to water to promote grass growth.
