Glen Ivy Golf Club

Course looked great. Greens were nice for this time of year. C lub house staff are a little rude. younger kids doing the checkin. they definitely were not friendly.

Glenn Ivy is a great course, the staff is always friendly, my only grip is that we paid $200 for two players and didn’t warn that the greens were just punched and full of sand. That’s just not good etiquette as other courses will do that and leave it up to the players to decide if they want to play aerated greens.

Good playing conditions. A number of challenging holes with elevation changes on 17 and 18.. Really enjoyed playing here.

Overall great course and layout, however pace of play was terrible. Tee off at 12:30 and barely finish by 5:40 with hardly any light. Marshall came by to tell us that there were two groups ahead that were slowing everyone down. Instead of making them pick up and move on the rest of the course has to suffer? Had 4 different groups on a par 5. Unacceptable.

This is one of the most beautiful golf courses I've played in a while. The experience started off a bit rough with Dominick at the pro shop, but the rest of the experience was amazing. Pace of play was great because of the Marshall, Tom, who was keeping everything moving and was a really great guy to chat with after the round. I'm booking another tee time immediately, and it certainly won't be the last time.

The 18th is amazing. Definitely a mountain course hole if I ever saw one. The rest of the course is a nice challenge as well.

Always a great time at this well oiled machine. Check in is always fast. Mrs.Robinson the ranger and starter is very professional and organized getting everyone off on time. I will be back weekly.
