Glen Ivy Golf Club

Played here several times a week but since they hiked the rates up and started gouging players, I will not be returning. Someone needs to tell them if they can’t figure it out that this is not an $85.00 a round course. The course conditions are bad and greens are worse. Sad.

Place is getting better. Fairways, tees and especially the bunkers.

I was a little hesitant to play here, some recent reviews were not too kind. but it had been a few years and I remember really liking this course. I don't know what course they were talking about because Glen Ivy is in very good shape. New sand in the bunkers (I expected concrete like at most other courses in the area), solid coverage in the fairways, and good pace of play. My son and I were paired up with a couple of friendly guys which made the day even better. So glad we played and will be going back again soon. Just one issue and it's not the course, it's the golfers that don't REPAIR their ball marks on the greens....come on guys! Even if you don't leave a mark repair one anyway.

The course is a great layout and in really good condition.

But, for the past several years the customer service has been mostly sub-par (not good). There have been a few people that were great, but they don't seem to last. There is little course management to ensure pace of play which leads to 5hr+ rounds. Starters take no interest in sending out groups at reasonable intervals. They just send you down the hill and it's a free for all from there.

This course is in terrible shape. Trilogy was one of the nicest courses in Corona but it’s full of burnt grass and patches thru the courses. Even the greens have areas with no grass. Great layout. But this is the same as playing a muni that hasn’t been kept up. Play Dos Lagos down the street . Better bang for the buck and a prettier course.

I've played Glen Ivy (formally Trilogy) for years, off and on. I hadn't played there in ~4 years and was excited to get back to it, but I was VERY disappointed with the condition of the course. From tee to green it was in really sorry shape, almost like it had been abandoned. I know other courses suffered during COVID-19 shutdowns, but they all seem to have bounced back. What happened to this former favorite of mine?

I paid 39 dollars for the round (3:52 Saturday tee time) and holy smokes what a steal. This course is fantastic! The views are great, the holes are fun, the course is in great shape. There are some patchy parts, yes the fairway bunkers are under repair, that barely takes away from the experience, especially with the green side bunkers being so nice. Only issue is pace of play was very slow, especially towards the end of the round with people racing by to try and get to the (beautiful) 18th tee before sunset. But, that will happen on late rounds so it’s to be expected. Could not recommend this course enough.

I have been wanting to play this course for a while now and today was the day. Was extremely disappointed in the course conditions. At least on the front 9. The back nine it got better. Saw the drink cart once on the front 9 and didn’t see it again. The staff was very friendly though. Sierra Lakes is only 15 minutes from my house and for the same price I’ll play there. The course is in way better condition. Maybe I’ll give it another shot after the summer months.
