Glen Ivy Golf Club

Been a couple of years since I played the course. I had a great time. Well maintained, beautiful views, greens in good shape, professional staff, and pace of play - right at 4 hrs. I will definitely be back.

I have played this course since it first opened and today was the best I have seen it in years. I realize it might be due to the amount of rain we received this year, but having a course in country club quality still means something. The fairways and rough were in perfect shape with a defined difference between the two. The greens were smooth and rolling quickly. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was due to the bunkers (fairway and green side). They had sand in them, but it was extremely hard and played inconsistently. The superintendent needs to spend some time there. Lastly, as always, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It is always a pleasure playing this course and dealing with the staff. Keep up the good work.

Course in great shape but pace of play was terrible

Course was perfect and pretty challenging. Pace of play was amazing as we really didn't see another golfer on the course all round. Nice quiet peaceful course location which made it even more enjoyable since there was no loud background noise like traffic and outside music. Will definitely play here again.

I played by myself at 2 o’clock and got behind a foursome that never let me play through so I had to skip the 5th hole to pass them and then again on the 7th when another group wouldn’t let. After that I had the course to myself which was nice. I enjoyed the layout. Course is mostly lined with houses but they are set pretty far back from play. Course had a fun layout that fit my game. I’m usually around 85 and was +4 today on the 16 holes that I was actually able to play. Would definitely come back

Glen Ivy was is excellent condition for my best friend and I to enjoy a 4 hour round on a Friday mid-day.

The course was in excellent condition with the greens rolling fast and true.

Looks like Glen Ivy is still building the banquet facilities and repairing the lakes on the course, which attests to the new owners' commitment to make Glen Ivy the best course in Corona/Riverside.

Play this course if you can. Its a very honest layout, long, grassy, and fair.

Arrived a little early and got my warm up done, and the starters let me go out early, even though this was going to be one of their busiest days. They told me I would catch up with a twosome soon, so go ahead and get started.

The tee boxes an fairways were in great shape. The greens were really green from their recent punching, but the roll was still pretty bumpy. I always wonder why courses don’t roll out the greens three to four weeks after they punch, as it would certainly help the trueness of the rolls.

The pace of play was average, we finished in just under 4 1/2 hours, and I will certainly be back soon.

course was in nice condition. Great layout. Holes are spread out Staff was extremely friendly especially the starter. Pace of play outstanding due to the masters being on Carts shut off if you get too close to areas that are deemed off limits. Carts also beep super loud if you even approach what they deem the speed limit.

What course charges an 11 year old full price? This one. And to make it worse, the pro shop (Chad) was fairly rude about it when I was crazy enough to ask if they have Junior rates. He said the do during the week (when kids are in school - brilliant).

Very nice course. Par threes are tough for women. Perhaps need another set of tees for women on the back nine in particular.

Love the layout of this course. It uses the land to creat the course which I enjoyed. Lots of elevation changes and you’re not always just hitting driver off the tee. You get to make some fun club selections.

The course was in primo condition when we came out. Just after all the rain which meant tons of grass and a couple of hot sunny days before we tee’d off so the fairways were rolling. A lot of reviews say the tee boxes are uneven but they were in great condition and golf isn’t always about hitting off flat ground like the range. I enjoyed the challenge of this course and had a lot of fun. Lots of elevation changes.

Pace of play was good for a Tuesday day. The group behind us was playing extremely slow, but no one was behind them so I don’t think anyone minded? (We were probably 3 holes ahead by the time we walked off 18) The group in front of us kept up great pace and we finished in 3 hours, 45 mins.

The cost was great for midweek at 45 bucks. I never play weekend golf so I’m not sure on the price for weekend, but I’ll definitely be back!

fairways are so so…after the series of recent rains. other than that it was ok as a whole.
