Sierra Lakes Golf Club

Played here on a tuesday, pretty crowded for a weekday. Pacing is atrocious, people stacked on top of eachother. Staff could speak better too its customers(player). Course was in good shape and greens were a little fast.

It begun an hour later. Unable to finish 18 hole. Starter seemed added at least 4 more teams.

Winter conditions so fairways weren't as green. Most roughs were greener than fairways. Some bunkers were hard and not fine sands. Few greens had brown spots, and other golfers didn’t fix divots. Pace was good for most part since it was on Monday and windy day.

Amazing course with challenges and a couple drivable par 4’s.

Pace of play was very slow. I highly recommend the course Marshall address slower players to respect golf course etiquette.

I always love playing this course. Friendly staff and great course lay out.

Love playing this course as it’s well maintained, reasonably priced and overall fun.

First time playing the course. Really enjoyed the round

Had a 1:25 tee time. Seems like they book tee times every 5 minutes. Marshal is no where to be found! Have groups of 4 hitting more than 1 ball per hole further delaying the pace!

Tee time was 11:30 on a Fri am. Went off on time. Front nine was 2 hours and 45 mins. When we made the turn the starter had the gall to say something about how long it took. We waited EVERY SINGLE SHOT on the group in front of us who were hacking down the fairway and rarely in position with the group in front of them. There was no Marshall to keep things moving. Thankfully they left after 9 and the back was 2 hours-just what it should be. Anyone who has ever played here knows that the course bogs down on #4 and #6. Here’s my deal-don’t admonish me for slow play when we are waiting every shot and there’s no marshaling. There’s are reasons we don’t play this course regularly despite living within a half an hour and this is one of them. The other is the “No outside drink/coolers rule”. It was 95 out and never saw cart girl until 9th tee. There are also no ice chests on the carts to keep whatever you buy cold. Difficult on hot days

With that being said, the course was in great shape and the greens rolled perfect. Rough was up making it challenging. $75 green fee is standard/average.
