Excellent Staff
My son forgot something important to him in the golf cart and the staff was kind to hold onto it overnight until we were able to return to pick it up.
Nice place
Played in a twosome on a Wednesday around noon. Not a lot of people on the course. Caught the single in front of us at the sixth hole. Caught up to the foursome info that of us at about the 11th hole. Waited for every shot. There was no one within three holes of them. A Marshall would have been nice.
Overall course was in good condition. Greens were slow. Fair amount of unrepaired ball divots on greens. Staff was nice. Ordered turkey sandwich at the turn. Way better than I was expecting.
Fun in Fontana
We had a great time playing at Sierra Lakes CC. The pace was good and the greens were in very good shape.
Sierra Lakes Golf Course is very, very nice. I would come here again and again.
Love this course
Sierra Lakes is one of the few courses that I can play where every lie I have is a good lie. The course is always in great shape and unlike other courses in the IE you will never have one of those dirt patch fairway lies, or the patch work green that has your ball bouncing all over the place. When I play Sierra Lakes I’m always smiling and you will be too.
Great Place, mediocre pace…
Super fun course that is in great shape, played a couple weeks back when greens were punched (No heads up on that by the way) It’d be nice if Golfnow would put some sort of a notification about punched greens, that being said, played last week and greens filled back in to near perfection. Greens rolled somewhere around a 9 and rolled true. Fairways and tee boxes in great shape as well. Only complaint would be slow pace from time to time because no one is out there to Marshall the course and keep things moving. Wish more players would show the etiquette of fixing ball marks and raking bunkers but I guess you can expect that at public courses. Setting a time to play again this week because all and all it’s the best bang for your buck and conditions are great right now. Top 5 course in the IE for sure.
