Cypress Ridge Golf Course

Our foursome came from they Bay Area and LA (met in the middle). Really enjoyed the course and got around in 4 and a half hours. Green and fairways were in very good condition. Definitely challenging as a mid-handicapper (12). The only issue I experienced is the number of times I fixed ball marks on greens.

They put several groups of 5 in front of us,a twosome,very slow frustrating play. Finally gave up after 9 and left after driving 2 hrs to play.

We had multiple road construction spots and we were running a little late. As soon as I had signal I called and the gentleman was so kind to work with us. I was rushing around and the same gentleman called me by name and said, “it’s ok. Relax and have fun.” I felt some relief and began to relax. The only very small downside was we had no card with the layout of the course. Fortunately they had it on their website and we were able to refer to it. Course was in excellent shape. Perfect weather with beautiful scenery. We will be back

What an amazing time between the friendly staff, and people that live on the course to the amazing greens and crisp lush fairways. This course will challenge the best player, I usually play to a 8-10 handicap and I was struggling to make pars out there with all the punishing fairway bunkers and forced playability due to the cypress trees that line each fairway. Thanks for the hospitality keep up the GREAT WORK!!!

Pace of play was so slow it took us 5 1/2 hours to play, but it is a nice course

Have not played this course in a while. The last 3 times I played there it cost me $85.00 each round. I thought that was a bit much for the condition of the course. They are under new management and I could notice the difference right away. They switched the two 9's. I started at the old 10th hole and then the old 1st hole is now the 10th. That was not a problem. Staff was very friendly and I only paid $45.00 to play with a cart. Will put Cypress Ridge back into my coastal golfing rotation.

Rode the Blues (6443/71.3/128) mid day in 4H, 15M with Mneilson and Sal. Sunny, fairly calm in the mid 60's.

COVID-19: 1 rider to a cart. Doodles in the bottom of the cups. No on course services.

Tees were the weak link. Okay coverage but far too many unfixed divots.

Fairways have lots of undulation. Usually good to play from with occasional brown patches.

Rough close to the fairways was mowed down and maintained in the 2-3" range. Usually good to play out of. Rough farther from the fairways was 1-2' tall straw like that was a probable lost ball.

Sand was okay to play from. More fine dirt than sand.

Large greens were firm and medium speed. They looked quicker than they were. I like the greens here, the ball rolled very well.

Customer service was good from all encountered. Busy driving range and they have a putting and chipping practice area. Carts are basic, no GPS. Nice layout, fun course to play in good condition. Recommended.

Had a great day playing this course for the first time. The weather was nice, the course in great shape, the staff was friendly, and the layout was fair. There were only a couple of holes that would have been more enjoyable if I had known the layout better, but that’s unavoidable when you play a course for the first time.

First time playing this course. Came from AZ because the owner owns a course there also. Great course and staff. Would love to retire here and play this course everyday!! I will be back!

Course was in great shape, greens probably rolling around 10-11. Weather in high 60’s. Pace was pretty good except for a coupe of back ups. All staff were very friendly and attentive. Will be back

Amazing course in amazing conditions. Layout was awesome and the facilities were outstanding.

From the practice facilities to on the course, it’s in great shape, challenging and a lot of fun!
