About
Nestled in the foothills of Riverside County, Indian Hills Golf Club incorporates a range of different elevation changes. The elevated tees provide great views of the surrounding hills while the tricky raised greens make up the bulk of the course's difficulty. Conveniently, the spacious layout doesn't have any parallel fairways. The undulating terrain guarantees that you'll come across a few uneven lies and there are also a few tough blind shots in store. Water hazards come into play on a few holes as do strategically placed bunkers but the focus remains on the dramatic drops and rises of the terrain. There is an especially daunting drop on the 16th hole. The challenging layout and scenic views have built Indian Hills' reputation as one of southern California's best public golf courses.

It was very helpful.
5 hours later & still here
Course is fun but I’m still on 17 as I write this. The pace of play is horrendous. Not even fun anymore
Conditions
The biggest drawback to this course was the conditions of the fairways, patchy with dirt in some places. Otherwise not bad conditions, except the crazy wind sometimes.
Indian Hills Golf
Course is worst shape I have ever seen. I’ve played the course many times over the years and have never seen it in such poor condition. Hope someone addresses all the issues.
Good enough to enjoy playing golf with friends
The course was maintained well even though hot weather this summer. Thanks for the team of Indian Hills Golf Club.
Decent
This is my first time playing the course. The guy in the workshop was clearly not having a good day, but it was slow so, understandable. The course itself is a pretty great layout and would be really amazing if it was in good conditions. I tell you what though, those greens are probably the best grains of ever put it on. It was really surprising because everything else wasn’t in that great of shape, lots of mud and dirt and dried out grass, but the greens were the squishiest and were very foamy. They were very receptive. I might be a little biased and I may be giving this course a good review because I played well. I saw my all-time best, and 83 here. I did have a good time I just wish there were water gallons around the course, maybe some better maintained tee boxes, some ball washers at the tee boxes would be nice as well. I had a deal so it was definitely worth the price I paid if you can get it for under $40 right now

Greens and fairways well taken care of ! Mature trees and setting make for an enjoyable scenic round.
Elevation changes nice and fairways not to close to houses.
Must play
Great layout has elevation changes and great views. If in the area its give it a try.
Cow pasture
Tee boxes and fairways were awful. The greens and bunkers were in good shape. Layout was challenging due to the poor conditions. Not worth $51
Beautiful course, Lined with homes
It was a beautiful course, green greens, manicured fairways and friendly staff. But it is literally in nearly every single backyard of every residence in the community. Houses to the left, right, and surrounding of nearly every tee box, fairway and greens.

This was a great day, but there was a large group in front of us that was having a tournament and took 5 hours to complete the course, the layout really isn’t very long.
Awesome pro shop guy.
