Indian Hills Golf Club
About
Nestled in the foothills of Riverside County, Indian Hills Golf Club incorporates a range of different elevation changes. The elevated tees provide great views of the surrounding hills while the tricky raised greens make up the bulk of the course's difficulty. Conveniently, the spacious layout doesn't have any parallel fairways. The undulating terrain guarantees that you'll come across a few uneven lies and there are also a few tough blind shots in store. Water hazards come into play on a few holes as do strategically placed bunkers but the focus remains on the dramatic drops and rises of the terrain. There is an especially daunting drop on the 16th hole. The challenging layout and scenic views have built Indian Hills' reputation as one of southern California's best public golf courses.

The condition of this course was absolutely pathetic!,,!!
I have never played a course that has been let go this badly! We had to hunt to find green grass to hit the ball from.,,,!
tough but fair course
When we played it was 110 degrees on a Tuesday afternoon. So we pretty much had the course to ourselves, we played the round in 3 1/2 hours. The course is very similar to it's neighbor, Jurupa Hills, but i like it better. It didnt seem as narrow as Jurupa. I think it is a good value.
Great course for a great value!!
Awesome course for the money!!! I enjoy playing there all the time!! I consider it my home course!!
Slow greens
We played Indian Hills on Monday, July 17, which was a very hot day of three digits temperature. Not many players were on the course, so the pace of play was very good. We, a twosome, completed the round in 2 and 1/2 hours, which was great. The greens, we noticed, were very slow. You would expect on a hot day like today the greens were dried out and therefore fast. It’s not the case. Maybe the course superintendent wanted to keep the cut high to protect the grass from burning out?
Bad conditions
Second time playing here. The layout is nice and challenging but the course conditions were bad. Fairways were really dry both times that I've been here. Probably won't be back unless we get some good amount of rain.
Worth the price...
Good round! Pace was a little slow on the back 9 due to being behind a men’s league. Otherwise, it moved well. Greens were good, though tee boxes and fairways were a bit dry. No big deal for playing in 100 degree weather. I’d recommend it.
I liked playing the second time because it wasn't always pushed back, although there are some areas where the Powerway is a bit bad, but I hope the green will be slightly faster.
Fun course
Course was fun enjoyed my time there. Greens were nice but fairways had some dead patches . Good times though will be back forsure
Indian Hills
Only issue I had was we had a 2,20 tee time and they shut the kitchen and bathrooms down really early. Don’t know why but both were shut down by 4:30.
Nice course
The Staff is awesome. The greens are well maintained and challenging.
course conditions.
I understand that golf courses are supposed to have grass fairways, not the case here! whatever monies you pay to play should include decent fairways conditions and other areas of the course, not providing that results in not getting what you are paying for.
Horrible condition
Don’t play here. Roughest course in the area by far. I will not be returning. Jurupa valley near by is a far better maintained course. Fairways were just awful. Greens were good but that’s it. Run away.
Sorry for the BAD review.
BUT this place has the potential to be a pretty decent course. When I played, it was under watered in the fairway and over watered on the greens. The guy that checked me in was a young punk that didn’t even look up from his phone. Didn’t say thanks! Or have a great round! Or anything but the price to play. They were backed up, then i was asked to join up with three guys who were like 50+ handicaps. Needless to say I will say no more and will never play there again.
If you haven't you should
This course is always one of my favorites to play, I was lucky enough to take both my sons this last time. Scratch that off...
