Deer Creek RV Golf & Country Club
About
Located just 20 minutes from the Disney theme Parks. Deer Creek RV Golf & Country Club has a convenient location at the intersection of I-4 and US Hwy 27. Walkers and beginners will enjoy the player-friendly traditional design, which features short distances to the green. The layout consists of par 3s and par 4s only. Deer Park's front nine is a bit gentler than the back nine where you'll find plenty of sand coming into play as well as many trees. The golf course also has a few tight spots where you'll have to employ accuracy and good course management. You'll get a chance to work on your short irons on this course. Golfers wanting a formidable test should look elsewhere but there are enough challenges at Deer Park to keep the round interesting.

Tune up your irons
Very hot (95 and humid). Most holes straight away with limited challenges. Several greens in need of repair. Okay for the price. People are friendly.
Great little course!
Deer Creek is a great course for an intermediate or senior golfer because the holes are relatively short, making it a matter of skill rather than power to make par. The customer service couldn't be better. The staff is always efficient and friendly. Lots of smiles and friendly advice. On about half the holes, I used a long iron instead of a driver and was very successful. It makes you work harder on the short game, using my pitching wedge frequently. The condition of the fairways improves weekly. My only complaint is that some of the greens need serious care. But if the groundskeepers continue improving at their current rate, this course should be amazing by the end of the year.
Great course that couples can enjoy together.
Played this course in March 2015.
Location is easy to find and three people played eighteen holes in just under three hours.
It is a shorter course, however got some longer and challenging holes also.
Condition was good.
If you are a low handicap player or big hitter the course is probably not for you , or you need to adapt your game a lot to it, but it is perfect for older golfers and for family golf with younger kids.
All in all a great experience. Lovely staff and a great tiki bar for a post round drink.
Don't Go
Poor course conditions, only par 3's and 4's. Best part was when we got to leave... Bought 18 holes and only played 9. It's in the midst of a big RV community, had a weird retirement feel. If you're old, go for it. If you're under 65, don't go.
Great time
Friendly people. No pressure on course. Price was right for retired people.
Looking forward to playing there again. Lady at snack bar was welcoming
Parcours "Executive"
Meilleur rapport qualité/prix de la région; très bon pour pratiquer le petit jeu.
Excellent Value
The fairway and green on the first hole were rough but after that the rest of the course was very good especially when you consider the price per 18 holes with cart.
Good value for a nice short course
Course in decent condition. Fairway a little rough but greens are in general good conditions. Nice short course at very good value. Friendly staff at the club house.
Fun Course
My girlfriends and I love this little course. Just enough challange to keep us coming back. Greens a little rough on the front nine the back nine the greens are in better condition. A good course to build your self confidence.
Pleasant Surprise
Have played this course about once a year for the past ten years and lately it had really deteriorated.I had read that the course is now resident owned and improvements had been made. What a pleasant surprise as the condition of this course has certainly improved.Deer Creek is a short course ideally suited for a couple to play.
The lady in the pro shop was very friendly and her instructions as to starting were very good.
Pace of play could have been better but you can't expect a marshall at these prices. We encountered at the turn two men and a woman playing from three sets of tees The man playing the blues had never heard of 'Play it forward " and should not have been playing from that set of tees and he alone was largely responsible for some of the delay .All in all,it was a good day and we'll return Kudos to the residents.Your hard work has resulted in a great improvement at this course'
1st game of the year, nice course and fun to play
Played 1st game of the year after 3 months off, was a good course to shake off the winter rust. Short course with lots of par 3 holes, great place to try out the new irons. Will play again while on vacation in the next couple of weeks
Good bang for the buck
A great course to play. Challenging but not brutal.
Great course
Had a great round with my wife. We are both really beginners, and this was a great course. Some of the holes were short, but there were several that were quite long. We will definitely play this one again. It is 18 holes, and we played our first full 18 hole game here.
Good value
One problem.
Shortage of carts, you may have to wait an hour.
Nice short course, good value.

My wife and me have been playing this coarse for the past 8winters and two years ago it was so bad it was unplayable ,then the homeowners took control and it's amazing how well it is in such a short time, shortly by the looks of it will be perfect. Please keep hold of the green keeper you have.! It's so busy the receptionist lady gave me her own buggy as there's now a shortage of carts, that's what I call kindness at its best and I can't thank her enough and this club deserves to be successful. Thank you jim and jean
New owners are great
course was better than expected. more distance than most executive courses. first two greens were a little rough but the rest were mint. the new owners are super friendly and you can see the care and effort they are putting in. IGNORE any older reviews, they no longer apply.
Work on your short game.
It was my first time playing here and I was pleasantly surprised. The course is fun and there were enough challenges that kept me guessing. The greens were in good condition.
Nice exec type course
Fairways are narrow, challenging but enjoyable. Nice staff
Best condition
We have played there many times in last 6 years and it's in the best condition it's ever been. Staff is friendlier!
