Deer Creek RV Golf & Country Club
About
Located just 20 minutes from the Disney theme Parks. Deer Creek RV Golf & Country Club has a convenient location at the intersection of I-4 and US Hwy 27. Walkers and beginners will enjoy the player-friendly traditional design, which features short distances to the green. The layout consists of par 3s and par 4s only. Deer Park's front nine is a bit gentler than the back nine where you'll find plenty of sand coming into play as well as many trees. The golf course also has a few tight spots where you'll have to employ accuracy and good course management. You'll get a chance to work on your short irons on this course. Golfers wanting a formidable test should look elsewhere but there are enough challenges at Deer Park to keep the round interesting.

This is a challenging Executive course
The back nine has sand, sand and more sand. Great staff. The greens require attention. Patchy and bumpy.
Very short course
75% of holes are a par threes bad part is 4 or five are under a 100 yards slow pace some holes there where 3 groups waiting
some greens were very poor , others okay
It was good practice for use of different clubs. We play fastee, the first 10 holes, then were slowed down by other players. For an executive course, it was well worth what we paid.and convient from where we aere located.
Good executive course to walk
This was a good short Par 60 course to walk. Good mixture of par-4's and par 3's. Course is tight at times so be carefull if you spray tee shots. Course was in decent condition. Some of the greens did need some work though. The staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome.
executive course, fun to play
People were very nice at check-in. They seemed glad to have my business. I was paired with a very nice couple. We had a good time. We played in three hours. Greens were in tough shape. I wouldn't want to have to make a five footer to save my life, but it only cost less than $20 to play.
Good short game test
Early Super Bowl Sunday we went to play. Lots of other people had the same idea, but we still got done in less than 3 hours. Deer Creek is a par 60 and a great place to practice your short irons either on the par 3's or approach shots on the par 4's. Nice rolling countryside layout with a bunch of par 3's on the backside with challenging greens. No cart girl or snack bar. I recommend you bring your own beverage of choice to make the round that much more enjoyable Couple of the greens need attention but I would go back.
Nice course.
This is a nice beginner course. The greens were in pretty bad shape though.
Short, tight but enjoyable.
The front 9 is great, with plenty of room to open your shoulders without worrying too much about collatoral damage to surrounding properties, the back 9 however is very tight and played constantly with a worried brow, preoccupied about potential off course hazards and potential cost of putting right any damaged caused, it's good value - if your game is upto it and you hit the ball straight.
A Fun Executive Course
For an executive style course, Deer Creek has enough water and sand hazards to be moderately challenging and fun. It had been about a year since I last played at Deer Creek, and I must say that the greens, and to some extent, the fairways have been greatly improved. I don't think I'd be willing to pay the current rack rate, but with a GolfNow discounted rate, it's a good deal.
The course has a nice layout for my golf skills
I like the layout, but there are a good number of greens that need a lot of work. The greens fees thru Golf now are fair, but I would never pay a full rate.
Good course for casual golfer
New to florida golf but this course was wider and more forgiving than others we have tried, with enough challenges to make it fun but not itimidating.
Nice, short but challenging Executive course
Greens need work
Short course which my wife likes because she is a novice, yet is still interesting to me as a 11 handicap
This course is ok for elderly people.
This course is good for elderly people. Twelve par three and six par 4. That was something we did not know, because the scorecard was not available. We were expecting a normal length course and that's why the overall rating is so low.
fairways are good and tee boxes
fairways are good. some of the greens need work, pace was good
Awful course-awful condition
Abandoned round after 4 holes. Would not suggest this course to any golfer with a handicap!
