About
The East Course is one of two four-star rated championship courses at Jacaranda Golf Club. Both golf courses have a tropical landscape covered with ponds, canals, colorful landscaping, and of course plenty of swaying palms. The East Course is the longer of the two courses. It has served as host for several PGA and USGA tournaments and qualifying events. The layout features tree-lined, undulating fairways and raised, sloped greens. It offers a challenge at almost every turn with 80 bunkers strategically placed throughout and water hazards on 15 holes. Some of the bunkers are built into the mounding complexes, giving them sod faces and high lips that are difficult to navigate. Those that manage them successfully though will be rewarded with excellent scoring opportunities. The popularity of the two golf courses has affirmed Jacaranda as one of the best places to play in southeast Florida.

Best Fairways in south florida. Greens on front 9 in trouble but back 9 greens were nice
Nice Surprise
Played the west twice. Was very surprised by the length of the east. Course was in great condition and the greens were faced. Played the round in 3 1/2 hours that was a bonus. Will be playing this course again.
Awesome! We're so glad you were able to play both golf courses and found them to be in great condition. The East can be a bit of a bear from the back tees! We hope you had a lot of fun.
Pretty Course
I like to enjoy the surroundings as much as the course. Jacaranda delivers on both. Very enjoyable round.

Ridiculously Overpriced
Avoid Jacaranda at all costs. Price gouging for the Super Bowl for weeks before and after the game. They’re always significantly overpriced for the quality of courses, but they’re taking it to a whole new level lately. So many better courses around for less than half the price. Beware!
Great condition
Despite several days of rain the course was in excellent condition with only 5 holes as cart path only. Bob, the starter, did a great job of putting me with another single and a twosome to form a foursome. Pace of play was great. We never had to wait between shots and were not pushed. Played in slightly over 4 hours.

Back to 5 star
Last year I had to take away a start due to course conditions. My hope was that they would be back to standard this year and they were. Both courses at Jacaranda have amazing staff. This is all around from the bag drop , pro shop, starters, kitchen. It is a testament to the management that staff is that happy working on Christmas Eve and Day. In the 4 years I have been playing over the holidays at this course I haven't had a bad word to say about staff.
The East course is a fun course that brings in water and strategic bunkering into play on many holes. There are holes where you have to think from the green backwards if you want to give yourself the best chance to score as some pins can be hard to get at from the wrong side of the fairway. The greens are in great shape and have enough speed and undulation to make you have to read them well. I always consider Jacaranda a "home club" in Florida and would have no problem playing there elusively as it provides a great test of golf in a phenomenal atmosphere.

Friendly staff except for...
Good course! Great layout and well maintained.
Staff: Very friendly starter and support staff EXCEPT FOR GENO PICCOLLO at the pro shop. In the two times I have played there this week, he has displayed an unwarranted aggressive and condescending attitude towards me. This is how you expect to start your round of golf!

Very Nice Quality Course
Lots of tee boxes so pick the distance that fits you. This course can stretch over 7200 yds. I played the 3rd tee and with a pretty good breeze blowing, that was all I can handle. Course is very challenging. Quick greens, some very deep bunkers but course is laid out fair.
And don't skip the lunch. They had a buffet with salmon, chicken Marsala, etc. for $12 that was unbelievable.

Great Course
Played the East course today. Fairways are in great condition. Greens were good, rolled true. Pretty forgiving course. Friendly staff. Definitely a must play!

Pleasurable
Really had an enjoyable day. Nice practice area for all phases of game. Staff very friendly and helpful. Beautiful lay out, enjoyed every hole. Pace smooth though out. Would love to come back.

Fun day good course. It was soaking wet but they took care of it. The main range staff was louder than needed.
