Overall a fun course
Wish they would do more with the food and beverage facilities! The owners have done a lot to get the course back in shape I hope they will keep working on it. The place has improve greatly in the last 3 yrs. to the point it’s hard at times to get a tee time.
A Great Course near the Beach
I stumbled upon this course through GolfNow. The course was reasonably challenging. It was in very good shape. It's not a walker's course. Very far between holes with cart paths that wound through the woods. Very scenic in places. It was far enough back from the beaches that most of the players appeared to be locals. They were very polite, letting me play through slower groups. I highly recommend this course for those staying in St. Augustine, Ormond Beach and Daytona Beach.
challenging layout
i play this course a couple of times each spring break.
The price is right, just be prepared to lose quite a few balls since there is a lot of water and woods where you ball will go to die.
the course is difficult; tight holes with unforgiving water and jungle
good for iron practice
The starter; RAY was the best asset at the course when we played. Made sure we T'd off on time and looked after a lost club at the end of the round. First class employee
Decent Play for the Price
Played 9 holes on this challenging course. Very narrow fairways with vegetation and water means you need to be prepared to lose a LOT of balls - especially as a beginner. The course was in decent shape despite little rain. Biggest complaint was that 2 walkers on the course decided to skip 2 holes and ended up in front of us which slowed the play down significantly. Personally I don’t think walkers should be allowed on such a spread out course - walking between holes takes way to much time.

Frizzy hair starter
Worst organized operation in my 69 years head three people have words with starter he refused to give me a cart until one minute before tee time and I was there 1/2 hr early he was having a bad day and it really should be his last

No management and no ranger-it could be great
On the seventh hole caught 5 walkers/strollers on course. .Called the clubhouse and no help was offered or provided.Checked with starter at turn and he lied saying he had sent 8 walkers out…Guess the other 3 died due to boredom. Our group remembered a long delay before we were sent out .Obviously where starter buddies could get out away from clubhouse. When we reached the tenth tee box and found group waiting on us, obviously having gotten call from starter. Two of the guys were sitting on chairs they had brought? obviously with history of self slow play.-looking forward to talking to owner.
Thank you so much for leaving us with your feedback. We value our customer experience, so your review is important to us. Please know the current conditions are by no means the standard we strive to achieve. We will continue to work towards a 5-star experience and we hope to see you back!
Loved it
Great time playing this course. Good layout and conditions were good.
Nice course, poor scheduling
We enjoyed the course and it was in good shape. Greens were in excellent shape and presented a challenge. The only negative is we booked on GolfNow and when we got to course, we were told we would have to do front 9 twice because they had a group doing a shotgun start on back. We were disappointed we couldn’t play the whole course.
course was in great condition
as always the course was in great shape but they need to have a ranger when its busy because they make rules about staying on cart path on some holes but with no one to watch they go where ever they want .the group of FIVE in front of us parked on the aprons on every hole, had they let the two of us play thru it wouldn't of takenover 4 and a half hours to play but we still enjoyed the day because of condition of the course
Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We see you rated the course low and are interested in learning what we can do to improve for your next visit.
We take customer feedback very seriously at our course. Please reach out to our team in the golf shop and tell us what's on your mind.
