Tough
Cypress Knolls is a tough course every time I play this course it really it really proves that I am a rookie at this game! I do like it but it’s the kind of course that you need to play more than once a month. Very narrow and long!
Fun course
Great spot. Fun layout. Great staff and value! Had a blast. It was worth the hour drive for me. I’ll be coming back that is forsure
Pace of Play
Immediately upon starting, the starter said, “it is going to be very slow so just enjoy yourselves.” For starters, that is an insane/oxymoronic statement to make to a twosome on the first hole and could be prevented by having a course marshal or having a policy to force slower groups to allow faster ones to play through. We got lucky, on the third hole, the group in front of us let us pass. Then we were able to make it to the ninth hole before we got behind a foursome, that were walking, thought they were pros and wouldn’t let anyone pass and there was absolutely no one in front of them. It was to the point that we would be on the tee box and they were still teeing off, they could have let us hit with them and since we were in carts we could have hit our second shots while they were still walking but, entitled people don’t think that way. This course could be a very pleasant experience if they would just have a course marshal to ensure everyone uses etiquette instead of feeling entitled! Undoubtedly, those slow & entitled golfers are the same ones that get into the passing lane on the interstate and don’t pass anyone, they just cause dangerous traffic patterns!

Nice Course!
After the recent tropical storm most courses in the area are closed. Cypress Knoll cleaned everything up and if it wasn't for the standing water in the woods you would never know! They did a Great job making the course playable. All that needs to be done now is to improve the condition of the tees.
Amazing
What an amazing job they did getting the course back together after the hurricane and even having full service!. There were only a few wet stops and hardly any debris on the course. Greens wer in fabulous shape.
Recommend Plying - Fun Layout
This was a fun course to play. Challenging yet you can score here if you keep your ball in play. Lots of trees. Will be back.
