A decent place to play

Old course, tiny pro shop, grumpy starter and cart staff - upset I took my own clubs to my car after the round. Nice greens, perfect speed, a little poa. Fairways a little sparse. Layout/design was very nice. Cart paths were the worst I have ever seen.

Old and Tired - beware

Very disappointed course experience after seeing it is rated 4 stars, of which it is clearly not. Lots of brown bare ground that needs to be seeded. The cart paths look like they were last cared for in 1995 and are falling apart. There are far better 4 star options. This course looks and feels like a tired and old municipal course and needs a major restoration. Sorry to be negative, just wanting others to not expect too much.

We played a day after a rain storm had moved through so the course -greens and fairway were very shaggy. Hard to tell fairway from rough. Staff was wonderful. Pace of play was great. Course layout is the old traditional course with wide fairways. We had a great day. Weather was perfect.

Layout is boring and the holes are almost indistinguishable.

The fairways were a little long so ball did not roll as much as it should have. Also the greens needed some work.
