Very well kept
The Cypress golf course at Palm Aire was in wonderful condition and everyone who worked there was very friendly....
Summer
Cypress course in decent shape, but there is still more dry / hard pack/ bare spots then need be. It's. Watering issue. Greens in good to very good shape. Pace was quick . Good round.
Great Course
Everything about this place was great. Greens a little bit on slower side and perfect balance of tough but not too tough. Only qualm is there’s fire ants everywhere. 10/10 would recommend for price.
Average
I had a 8:25 tee time and it took 4:45 to play the round as they overbook and you have to wait for groups ahead. The greens are ok so that alone makes it playable BUT the course, as a whole, is chopped up and not well maintained. Also, they are annoyingly and constantly short on carts so they make strangers ride together nonmatter what. Smokers? I don't care, ride together! Fat guy? I don't care ride together. Really old guy playing from different tees? I don't care, ride together. COMON GUYS! YOU CAN DO BETTER!
Average overpriced course
This course had bare fairways , cart paths are like dirt roads , bunkers are like rocks . They do not spend any money for course maintenance. They charge almost 70 dollars for this course which is very high . Staff thinks that they work for high end country club . This course relies on retirees from Canada and Northern USA .
Nice layout. Plenty of tee options
My wife and I enjoyed the course. Played on a Saturday morning and finished in about 4 hours. Greens were in great shape. Fairways and tees could use some work but were pretty good for this time of the year. Staff was very friendly.
Great course and time
Everything was excellent and will be coming back again
Nice course, friendly staff
I truly enjoyed my round, the course was in great condition. I’ll be back!
Course has many trees
I really enjoyed the challenges posed by the narrow fairways and significant amount of trees
Dry season, yet playable and fun
Fairways were a little dry from being in dry season and grass was limited around greens. Greens were maintained well. Putted true. Layout was easy to follow and easy to navigate for a first round.
How about a little drinking water?
I played a variety of courses in this area during the past week. Considering the course conditions, e.g. sandy tee boxes, and the price to play, I believe that there are better sites to play than the Cypress course. One matter that I can not understand is the lack of drinking water on the entire course. Even the municipal courses provide drinking water. How much would it cost to put out a card table and an orange “Igloo cooler” with ice water on each nine hole side?
A New Favorite
The cost to quality ratio here is perfect for me to make this a regular course to visit. The layout is challenging but forgiving, and the greens are in very good condition for the price point. The staff are friendly and helpful, making this an enjoyable experience. Will definitely be returning soon.
