About
Formerly known as Landmark Golf Club, the Golf Club at Terra Lago was the host of the PGA Tour Skins Game from 1999 to 2002. The club's impressive guest list includes Greg Norman, Phil Mickelson, and Tiger Woods. There are two 18-hole courses available called the North and the South. At 7,044 yards, Terra Lago's South Course is just barely shorter than the 7,060-yard North Course but they are equally challenging. The South is known for having one of the club's most unique and memorable holes, the par-4 second. This narrow hole runs alongside a wide canal that makes anything hit to the right impossible to play. The unique part of the hole comes as you approach the green. To cross the creek, rather than having a traditional wood bridge, the course designer crafted a bridge from an old rail car, which explains its nickname as the "Boxcar" hole.

Good value
Good value for your money if you get a Hot Deal. Sand traps are bad. Some minor damage to course from recent storms.
Practice facility is very nice.
Terra Lago South Course
Terra Lago South Course was in better condition than it has been for a few years. The Fairways were so green and in great shape. The greens were very good, but fast and difficult to see the breaks. The only downside, the bunkers were in poor condition because there was a substantial rainfall days before and nothing can be done for the wet sand. It will dry out eventually. With a 12:40 reservation, we didn't figure to finish, but the pace picked up after the front nine and we managed to complete the round in about 4 hours. The course has some beautiful vistas and I would recommend it to anyone that likes a challenge.
Fun Course!
Thir best word I can use to describe Terra Lago is “fun.” The greens have lots of undulation and are in great condition. The fairways are also in good condition. The OB areas are not pretty l, but that’s because it’s a community in development. Ignore it. For the money, my son and I had fun.
Nice course nice day
Like this course a lot playing it for the 2nd time. Front nine more desert links style while back more traditional but both are fun to play. Good greens some tough long par 4's but all in all fair and challenging. Only knock is they could use a bit more help in the pro shop as the gentleman processing golfers working by himself for 2 courses (North & South courses) was extremely busy and lineup to pay put us close to missing our tee time(not his fault).
Really Poor Course Conditions
Fairways dried up. Greens in horrible shape. Why is it impossible to green up the South Course when the North Course is pretty green. The new Cart Nannies (beepers) are a pain in the butt.
Potential is there
Played a GolfNow “Hot Deal” for $58 and had an enjoyable day. My perception might have been different had I paid $100+. Fairways & greens were fine for the most part. Lots of unfinished and waste areas beyond the rough. But maybe that’s by design? I would play again at $60
Desert golf
Hole layout would be nice , maybe on the scorecard or at each hole, course is in beautiful condition, maybe the best green I’ve ever played. Can’t wait to try the north course.
Greens in great condition
South course has improved in the past couple years. Greens in good shape.
A bad day for slow play.
The course had a tournament going and some of the staff was very busy. The starter was trying to manage both courses at the same time. It took over an hour to get through the first three holes. Needless to say it was a disappointment for my guest and I.
Great course, but tough
Great course conditions, friendly staff. This course is a tough one. You’ll definitely meet your handicap.
