Golf Club At Terra Lago - South Course

The South course was in the worst condition that I’ve ever seen. They did not overseed this year. It was obvious after I started play on hole number one that the reason that this rate was $33/round was because the course was in terrible condition. Fairways were thin. There was no over-seeding with ryegrass. The entire south course is dead Bermuda. The greens are acceptable, but not great. The sand is unattended. The South course is completely neglected. It’s wrong not to tell golfers on GolfNow that the course was not over-seeded and the fairways are dead. The guy in the Proshop is very rude. The course is a maze and getting any valuable information from this guy is like pulling teeth. Definitely a sub par course. Would never play this dog track again.

It saddens me to give a bad review to a Hometown course I've played for nearly 20 years. The owner should shut down the course for a month and make changes that are desperately needed. The overseed job was awful, the bunkers had no sand, a consistency of dry cement. This course has one of the most unusual and serene location, a fault line. Please fix this course. So we can play again.

Tee time was 12:30 they were 2 tee times behind when we teed off supposed to return carts by 4:30 impossible 4 hours to play 15 holes!!

slow group in front and impatient group behind, felt a bit rushed.

Me n my buds played here for the first time. The course was fun and tough with some of the pin placement but it made it more fun for us. The only knock on the course was them not having hot food available or a beverage cart. Especially on a Sunday.

We booked for 1230 3 golfers we figured 4 hours would be plenty of time to finish. Well it took us almost 5 hours the pace of play was extremely slow at hole 12 when arrived there were already two other sets of golfers waiting to tee off. We actually waited 20 minutes just on one whole but pretty much it was the same for most holes! Not once did we see a marshal or ranger controlling the pace. We never finished playing because carts were due back at 430pm which under normal circumstances and good pace we would of finished within 3 hours for 3 of us.

The conditioning of the South course was much worse than I remembered last year. Very bad shape. Big holes and dirt patches everywhere. Just don't know how else to describe it. Greens were fair. Layout is good and challenging but tough to play off dirt and looking out for big holes in ground. The North side conditioning seemed better although I did not play it.

Golf cart was dirty whoever used it before us spilled coffee and wasn’t cleaned played this course other years and it was so much more professional price was fantastic would go back if price is right enjoy the layout
